Abstract

A N O T Ā C I J A Bakalaura darba Tēma – Māsas ētiskie aspekti paliatīvo pacientu aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka paliatīvā aprūpe ir ļoti būtiska mūsdienu sabiedrības problēma. Paliatīvā aprūpe ir aktīva, visaptveroša to pacientu aprūpe, kuru izārstēšana vairs nav iespējama, un kurā prioritāra ir sāpju un citu simptomu, sociālo, psiholoģisko un garīgo problēmu kontrole. Strādājot ar paliatīviem pacientiem, ētiskie jautājumi ietekmē pacienta dzīves kvalitātes nodrošināšanu un ir piemērojami aprūpē. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ētiskos aspektus māsas darbā ar paliatīviem pacientiem. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir: 1.Analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par ētiku, paliatīvo pacientu darba specifiku. 2.Analizēt Džīnas Vatsones māszinību teoriju. 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju un veikt māsu intervēšanu. 4.Veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu. 5.Analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus un veikt secinājumus. Izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kādi ir ētiskie aspekti māsas darbā aprūpējot paliatīvus pacientus? Pētniecības instruments: intervijas jautājumi. Pētniecības metode – kvalitatīvais pētījums. Respondentiem novērojama reālistiska domāšana saistībā ar slimības gaitu un sagaidāmajiem uzlabojumiem. A N N O T A T I O N Bachelor Thesis - Nursing ethical aspects of palliative care. The actuality of the topic is determined by the fact that palliative care is a very important problem for contemporary society. Palliative care is an active, comprehensive care for patients whose cure is no longer feasible, and which priorities the control of pain and other symptoms, social, psychological and mental problems. When dealing with palliative patients, ethical issues affect the quality of life of the patient and are applicable to care. The aim of the work is to elucidate the ethical aspects of nursing with palliative patients. The research tasks are: 1. To analyze the scientific literature on ethics, peculiarities of the work of palliative patients. 2. Analyze the theory of nursing by Jean Watson. 3. Develop a research tool - interview and conduct nursing interviews. 4. To collect the collected results. 5. Analyze the results of the study and draw conclusions. Issued Research Question: What are the ethical aspects of nursing care for palliative patients? Research tool: interview questions. Research method - qualitative research. Respondents are seeing realistic thinking about the course of the illness and the expected improvements.
