Bakalaura darba tēma – piederīgo līdzestība paliatīvu pacientu aprūpē. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka augošais pieprasījums pēc piederīgo kvalitatīvas iesaistes pacienta ārstēšanās procesā un spējas sniegt atbalstu. Aktīva, zinoša un izprotoša piederīgo dalība ārstēšanās procesā nozīmē, līdzestību, kas spēj pacientam dzīvot kvalitatīvu turpmāko dzīvi. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un analizēt piederīgo līdzestību paliatīvu pacientu aprūpē Latvijā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt teorētisko literatūru saistībā ar paliatīvās aprūpes jēdzienu, analizēt paliatīvās aprūpes situāciju Latvijā un veikt secinājumu izstrādi un izvirzīt tēmai atbilstošus priekšlikumus, paliatīvās situācijas uzlabošanai Latvijā. Izvirzīta hipotēze, piederīgo līdzestība paliatīvajā pacientu aprūpē nav pietiekoša un pietiekami aktualizēta no medicīnas personāla puses. Pētniecības instrumenti teorētiskā literatūra par paliatīvo aprūpi, kā arī tika izstrādāta pētījuma anketa. Kopumā pētījumā tika aptaujāti 104 respondenti, tie bija paliatīvu pacientu tuvinieki, radinieki, vai aprūpētāji. Pētījuma iegūtie dati tika apkopoti un analizēti. Pētījumā izvirzīta hipotēze apstiprinājās. Darbs sastāv no 48 lappusēm, 10 nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, 14 tabulām, 2 pielikumiem un 30 literatūras avotiem. The subject matter of the Bachelor's thesis - „Relatives compliance in care of palliative patients.” The topicality of the thesis is determined by the growing demand for qualitative involvement of the people in the patient's treatment process and the ability to provide support. The participation of the active, knowledgeable and aware of the members of the treatment process means a resilience that enables the patient to lead a good future life. The aim of the work is - to find out and analyze the suitability of the patients in the care of palliative patients in Latvia. The research tasks are to analyze theoretical literature related to the concept of palliative care, to analyze the situation of palliative care in Latvia and to make conclusions and to raise issues suitable for the topic in order to improve the palliative situation in Latvia. The hypothesis is put, the suffering of the sufferers in the palliative care of the patients is not sufficient and sufficiently updated by the medical staff. Research tools for theoretical literature on palliative care, as well as a study questionnaire was developed. Overall, the survey interviewed 104 respondents, who were relatives or carers of palliative patients. The research data were collected and analyzed. The research hypothesis is confirmed. The study consist of 48 pages, 10 chapters with subchapters, 14 tabeles, 2 annexes and 30 saurces of literature.
