Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ‘'Komandas darbs operācijas zālē’’ tika izvēlēta, lai saprastu kā ir strādāt komandā operācijas zālē un kas ir nepieciešams labai komandas darba izveidei. Tā pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kas veido labāku komandas darbu operācijas zālē un kādi ir, būtiskākie, kavējošie faktori, ja tādi ir, sekmīgais komandas izveidei. Tika veikta kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode ar kontentanalīzi. Tika intervēti 10 respondenti, kuri strādā komandā operācijas zālē. Respondentiem tika uzdoti 12 jautājumi. Pēc darba autores veiktā pētījuma var secināt, ka savstarpējās attiecības, komunikācija un pareizi organizēts darbs palīdz veidot labāku komandas darbu. Kā arī būtiskākais faktors sekmīgai komandas izveidei ir darbinieku trūkums. Bakalaura darbs ietver piecas nodaļas. Darbs ir papildināts ar diviem pielikumiem. Kopā darbs sastāv no 48 lpp. un 38 literatūras avotiem. Atslēgas vārdi: komanda, komandas darbs, operācijas zāle.

The theme of the Bachelor's paper 'Teamwork in the Operating room' was chosen to un-derstand how to work in the team in the operating room and what is needed the creation of a good teamwork. The aim of this research is to find out what constitutes the best team work in the operating room and what are the most important, hindering factors, if any, for the creation of a successful team. The method of qualitative research was carried out with a conceptual analysis. Were interviewed 10 respondents who work in the team in the surgery room. Respondents were asked 12 questions. According to the author's research, it can be concluded that the relationship between colleagues , communication and properly organized work help to create better team work. The lack of staff is also an important factor for a successful team development. The Bachelor's work includes five divisions. The work has been supplemented with two attach-ments. The total work consists of 48 p. and 38 literary sources. Keywords: team, teamwork, operating room.
