Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir pirmreizējā pacienta psiholoģiskā sagatavošana reģionālai anestēzijai. Problēma ir aktuāla, jopašlaik medicīnā reģionālo anestēziju izmanto arvien biežāk, ja vien operācijas specifika nenosaka to veikt vispārējā narkozē.Reģionālās anestēzijaslaikā ir būtiski noskaidrot kādā psiholoģiskā stāvoklī atrodas pacients, jo tajā brīdi pacients ir pie samaņas un uztraukums var pieaugt. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pirmreizējo pacienta psiholoģisko sagatavošanu reģionālai anestēzijai. Pētījuma uzdevumi: analizēt V.Hendersones māszinību teorijas pielietojums pirmreizējai pacienta sagatavošanai anestēzijai; apkopot iegūtos informācijas datus; intervēt pacientus par pirmreizējo psiholoģisko sagatavošanu reģionālai anestēzijai; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus; izdarīt secinājumus.Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pirmreizējā pacienta psiholoģiskā sagatavošana reģionālai anestēzijai? Pētījuma instruments – strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma metode – kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Intervijaslaikā tika noskaidrots pirmreizējā pacienta psiholoģiska sagatavošana reģionālai anestēzijai.Iegūtie dati liecināja, ka pacientam ir svarīgamāsu lomareģionālās anestēzijas periodā.Māsai ir svarīgi samazināt pacienta uztraukumu, bailes, sniegtatbildes uz uzdotajiem jautājumiem.Pacientam ir būtiski saņemt psiholoģisku atbalstu no anestēzijas māsas,kas dod drošības sajūtu pirmsopēracijas un pirmsanestēzijas periodā. The subject of the thesis is the psychological preparation of a new patient for regional anesthesia. The problem is urgent, because at present in medicine, regional anesthesia is increasingly used, unless the specificity of the operation determines it to be carried out in general anesthesia. During regional anesthesia, it's important to find out who is in a patient's psychological state, since at that moment the patient is conscious and excitement may increase. The aim of the work is to find out the first psychological preparation of the patient for regional anesthesia. Research tasks: to analyze the application of V. Henderson's nursing theories for the first preparation of the patient for anesthesia; collect the information obtained; to interview patients for first-time psychological preparation for regional anesthesia; collect and analyze the results obtained; draw conclusions. Question of the research: What is the psychological preparation of the first patient for regional anesthesia? Study tool - structured interview and patient observation protocol. Researchmethod - qualitativeresearchmethod. During the interview, the psychological preparation of the first patient for regional anesthesia was discovered. The obtained data showed that the patient has an important collaboration with nursing regional anesthesia. Nurse should strive to reduce the patient's excitement, calm down, give answers to the questions asked and prepare for further actions. It is essential for the patient to receive psychological support from an anesthesia nurse, which gives a sense of safety before pre-anesthesia.
