Aprūpes process pacientiem ar pankreatītu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Aprūpes process pacientiem ar pankreatītu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot kāds ir aprūpes process intensīvās terapijas nodaļā pacientiem ar pankreatītu. Darba izstrādei tika izvirzīti vairāki darba uzdevumi: veikt literatūras analīzi par saslimšanu ar pankreatītu un aprūpes procesu; analizēt K.Rojas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu- interviju, veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus; izdarīt secinājumus. Sekmīgai darba izstrādei tika izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kāds ir aprūpes process pacientiem ar pankreatītu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījumā piedalījās septiņas intensīvās terapijas nodaļas medicīnas māsas. Pētījums tika veikts vienā no Rīgas slimnīcām intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības instruments ir strukturēti intervijas jautājumi. Darbs ir balstīts uz 30 literatūras avotiem, sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām. Iegūtie rezultāti atspoguļo aprūpes procesu pacientiem ar pankreatītu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Bachelor thesis "Care process for patients with pancreatitis in Intensive care unit " developed to explore and analyze the process of care in the intensive care unit patients with pancreatitis. Research tasks: collect and analyze literature about pancreatitis patient care, analyze Callista Roy health systems theory in connection with the bachelor work, choose a study method and the development of research tools, select respondents and to conduct a study, develop conclusions and recommendations. The research question is: What are the care process for patients with pancreatitis in the intensive care unit? For research performance was used good quality research method. In the research participed 7 intensive care unit nurses. Research was doenin intensive Care unir in one of Rigas hospitals. Research tool is structure interview questions. The work was based on 30 literature sources, component from 4 departments and 8 beneath departments. Captured results reflect care process for patients with pancreatitis in intensive therapy departments. Key words: care process, intensive therapy, patient, pancreatitis
