Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir "Skola kā mācīšanās kopiena: Saldus novada pieredze". Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un analizēt Saldus novada skolotāju pieredzi par skolas kā profesionālās mācīšanās kopienas veidošanos un ietekmi uz kopienas attiecībām, pielietojumu praksē. Pētījuma teorētisko ietvaru veido Herberta Blūmera simboliskā interakcionisma teorija, kā arī aprakstīts profesionālās mācīšanās kopienas termins. Bakalaura darbā tika izmantotas kvalitatīvās metodes, tādējādi veiktas 15 strukturētas intervijas ar skolotājiem un strukturēta intervija ar izglītības ekspertu. Pētījumā tika secināts, ka Saldus novada skolās vērojamas profesionālās mācīšanās kopienas attīstības iezīmes. The topic of the bachelor thesis is "School as a learning community: experience of Saldus region". Aim of the bachelor thesis is to determine and analyze the experience of Saldus region teachers about the development of the school as a professional learning community and the impact on community relations, application in practice. Study’s theoretical framework is symbolic interactionism theory by Herbert Blumer, and additionally, the central term ‘professional learning community’ is explored. Qualitative methodology as a research strategy was used, including 15 structured interviews with teachers and one structured interview with expert of education field. The study concluded that schools of Saldus region have features similar to the professional learning communities.
