Lomu sadalījums viena pelnītāja ģimenē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Lomu sadalījums viena pelnītāja ģimenē” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā tiek dalītas lomas un pienākumi starp vecākiem. Pētījuma ietvaros tika intervēti seši dalībnieki (vecāki) vecumā no 23 līdz 37 gadiem, kuru ģimenēs viens no vecākiem nestrādā algotu darbu. Bakalaura darbā tika noskaidrots kā ekonomiskie, sociālie un psiholoģiskie faktori ietekmē lomu sadalījumu viena pelnītāja ģimenē. Pētījumā iegūtie rezūltāti tika analizēti izmantojot lomu un lomu spriedzes teorijas, kā arī Katrīnas Hakimas izvēles teoriju. Pētījuma analīzes rezultātā tika secināts, ka viena pelnītāja ģimenēs iezīmējas divas galvenās lomas – pelnītāja un mājas darbu veicēja lomas.

The purpose of the bachelor's thesis "Role divison in one breadwinner's family", is to find out how roles and responsibilities are divided between parents. Within the framework of the study, six participants (parents) aged from 23 to 37 were interviewed, in whose families one of the parents does not work in paid employment. The bachelor's thesis identified how economic, social, and psychological factors influence the division of roles in one breadwinner's family. The results obtained in the study were analyzed using the role theory and role strain theory as well as the preference theory by Catherine Hakim. In the result of the analysis of the research, it was concluded that in one breadwinner's family there are two main roles - the earner and the carer.
