Mutvārdu vēsture kā viens no publisko bibliotēku novadpētniecības virzieniem

Abstract

Mutvārdu vēsture ir mūsdienu vēstures pētījumos plaši izplatīts veids, kā lūkoties uz nesenās vēstures notikumiem vai atsevišķiem vēstures aspektiem, galveno uzmanību pievēršot cilvēka pieredzei. Apzinātie materiāli var būt noderīgi pētniekiem, novadniekiem un institūcijām, kas interesējas par kultūras mantojumu un tā saglabāšanu. Pētījuma mērķis ir mutvārdu vēstures un novadpētniecības darba apzināšana un izpēte publiskajās bibliotēkās. Apzināt un izanalizēt pieejamos materiālus par mutvārdu vēstures pasākumiem un projektiem Latvijas reģionu galvenajās bibliotēkās, skatot mutvārdu vēstures pieredzi bibliotēkā. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka mutvārdu vēsture ir nozīmīgs publisko bibliotēku novadpētniecības virziens, kas kļūst arvien populārāks, veidojot nemateriālo kultūras mantojumu, kuru ir nepieciešams saglabāt un nodot nākamajām paaudzēm.

Oral History is a widespread way of looking at recent historical events or certain aspects of history, focusing on human experience, in contemporary history studies. The identified materials can be useful for researchers, local history researchers and institutions, which are interested in cultural heritage and its preservation. The aim of the research is oral and local history in public libraries. identify and analyze the available materials about oral history events and projects in the main libraries of the regions of Latvia, viewing the oral history experience in the library. The results of the research shows that oral history is an important area and way of local history in public libraries, which is becoming more and more popular in creating an intangible cultural heritage that needs to be preserved and passed on to future generation.
