Sociālā darba metodes un to ietekme darbā ar atkarīgajiem Olaines cietuma (Latvijas Cietumu slimnīcas) Atkarīgo centrā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Sociālā darba metodes un to ietekme darbā ar atkarīgajiem Olaines cietuma (Latvijas Cietumu slimnīcas) Atkarīgo centrā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot sociālā darba metožu pielietojumu un to ietekmi darbā ar atkarīgajiem. Darbā analizēts uz pierādījumiem balstītais prakses modelis, kas sevī ietver motivējošo intervēšanu un uzvedības pārmaiņu modeli, kā arī dzīvesspēka teoriju. Analīzes dati iegūti no 13 daļēji strukturētām intervijām un vienas fokusgrupas diskusijas. Sociālā darba metožu pielietojums darbā ar atkarīgajiem ir nozīmīgs. Ar to palīdzību iespējams identificēt notiesāto problēmjomas, risināt tās un veicināt atgriešanos sabiedrībā. Olaines cietuma (Latvijas Cietumu slimnīcas) Atkarīgo centrā sociālā darba metodes nepielieto visi sociālā darba īstenotāji. Vairums darbinieku pietiekoši augstā līmenī nav sagatavoti darbam ar atkarīgo. Centrā nav izstrādāta sistemātiska un regulāra atgriezeniskā saite ar notiesātajiem, kas pabeiguši atkarību mazināšanas programmas.

Master’s thesis „Social work methods and their impact on working with addicts in the Olaine Prison (Latvian Prison Hospital) Dependent Center” is aimed to clarify the application of social work methods and their influence to work with addicts. There is analised on evidence - based practice model, that includes Motivating interviewing and behavioral models of change, as well as resilience theory. Empirical data were gathered from 13 semi-structured interviews and one focus group discussion with contactpersons. The usage of social work methods for working with addicts is very significant.With their help is possible to identify the problem areas of the convicted persons, to solve them and facilitate their returning in the society. At Olaine Prison (Latvian Prison Hospital) Dependent Centre social work methods are not used by all social workers. Most of employees are not trained to work with the dependents at a sufficiently high level. The Centre does not have a systematic and regular feedback from convicts who have completed reduction programs of addiction.
