Humora stili, gelotofobija un verbāla tiranizēšana pusaudžiem

Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt, kā dažādi humora stili un bailes tikt izsmietam saistās ar verbā-las tiranizēšanas pieredzi pusaudžiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 309 pusaudži: zēni un meitenes vecumā no 13 līdz 16 gadiem no četrām Pierīgas skolām. Pētījuma aptaujas anketa ietver Humora stilu aptauju (Humor Style Questionnaire (HSQ), Martin et al., 2003), GELOPH <15> (Ruch & Proyer, 2008) un Distresa skalu (Kessler Psychological Distress Scale, Kessler et al., 2002), divus pantus no „Mobinga aptaujas” (Rumpētere, 2007) un 19 izvēļu tabulu: tēmas - joki par ko pusaudžus aizskar visvairāk. Rezultāti parādīja, ka pusaudži, kuri tiranizē citus, tiek vai tika tiranizēti arī paši; tiranizēšanas upuriem un pusaudžiem, kuri cieš no gelotofobijas, ir raksturīgs pašnoniecinošais humora stils; jo biežāk pusaudzis kļuvis par tiranizēšanas upuri, jo lielākas bailes tikt izsmietam un jo izteiktāki distresa simptomi. Par verbālas tiranizēšanas pāridarītājiem biežāk kļūst zēni, par upuriem – vienlīdz bieži abi dzimumi. Meitenes biežāk pielieto pašuzmundrinošo humora stilu; izjūt lielākas bailes no apsmiekla un ir trauksmainākas. Piecas tēmas, par kurām jokojot, vissāpīgāk var aizskart pusaudzi, ir: ģimene; ārējais izskats; individuālas īpatnības; materiālais nodrošinājums un romantiskas attiecības. Atslēgas vārdi: Pusaudži, verbāla tiranizēšana, humora stili, gelotofobija The aim of the research was to find out how different humor styles and fear of being laughed at is related with verbal bullying among adolescents. For this aim 309 adolescents participated in the research: boys and girls in the age 13 - 16 from four different schools near capital city. Research questionnaire includes Humor Style Questionnaire (Humor Style Questionnaire (HSQ), Martin et al., 2003), GELOPH <15> (Ruch & Proyer, 2008) and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (Kessler et al., 2002), two items from „Mobbing questionnaire” (Rumpētere, 2007) and 19 item table: themes – jokes which hurt adolescents the most. Results showed that adolescents who bully others also have or had been bullied themselves; victims of bullying and adolescents higher in gelatophobia also score higher on self-defeating humor style. Relation between bullying experience and gelatophobia has been found - the more often adolescent has been a victim of bullying the higher fear of being laughed at. Boys more often than girls become bullying offender, however there was no sex differences in experience of bullying victim. Girls more often use self-enhancing humor style; they have higher fear of being laughed at and they are more distressed. Five most important themes being joked about which can hurt the most are: family, appearance, individual characteristics, wealth and romantic relationships.
