Abstract

Antras Ortmanes diplomdarbam “Speciālā pedagoga darbība mobinga mazināšanā pamatskolā”. Diplomdarba mērķis – izpētīt speciālā pedagoga darbības iespējas mobinga mazināšanā, izstrādāti ieteikumus skolotājiem darbā ar klasi, kurā pastāv mobings. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīts mobinga jēdziens, veidi, cēloņi un sekas. Raksturota speciālā pedagoga personība mobinga novēršanā un sadarbība ar atbalsta komandu. Pētījuma daļā veikts empīriskais pētījums par speciālā pedagoga iespējām mobinga novēršanā. Veikta pedagoģiskā novērošana un pedagoģiskā izmēģinājumdarbība.

Antra's Ortman's diploma paper “Specialist teacher's activity in mobing in elementary school.” The purpose of the diploma paper is to study the possibilities of special pedagogue's work in mobing reduction, recommendations for teachers to work with the class in which mobings exist. The theoretical part describes the concept of mobing, types, causes and consequences. Characterized by the specialist's personality in the prevention of mobbing, cooperation with the support team. In the part of the research, an empirical study of the possibilities of specialist teacher in the prevention of mobbing was performed. Pedagogical prevention and pedagogical trial work have been performed.
