Sākumskolas skolēnu izpratnes veidošana par veselīgu dzīvesveidu pedagoģiskajā procesā

Abstract

Darba autore Diāna Cabija. Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts par tēmu „Sākumskolas skolēnu izpratnes veidošana par veselīgu dzīvesveidu pedagoģiskajā procesā”. Pētījuma aktualitāti noteica liela mūsdienu sabiedrības problēma – bērnu aptaukošanās, kas noved pie saslimšanas ar dažādām hroniskām slimībām. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt teorētiskās atziņas, un pētīt sākumskolas skolēnu zināšanas par veselīgu dzīvesveidu un tā sekmēšanu sākumskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēti tādi jautājumi kā veselīgs dzīvesveids un tā sekmēšanas iespējas. Dotajā pētījumā tiek apskatītas veselīga dzīvesveida izpratnes veidošanas iespējas skolēniem sākumskolas vecumposmā. Autore piedāvā dažādus paņēmienus šīs izpratnes veicināšanai sākumskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Darba empīriskajā daļā sniegts pētījuma metodoloģiskais pamatojums, un aprakstīts pētījuma norises apraksts – skolēnu un vecāku anketēšana un praktiskais darbs ar skolēniem. Iesaistot dažādus mācību priekšmetu skolotājus, skolēniem tika piedāvātas aktivitātes kā rotaļas, stafetes, ēdienu pagatavošana, projekta darba izstrāde, kas sekmēja viņu izpratni par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Autore secina, ka izmantojot dažādas mācību metodes, skolēni vairāk iedziļinās un veiksmīgāk apgūst veselīga dzīvesveida pamatprincipu nozīmi. Vairāk aktualizējot tēmu, skolēni cenšas ņemt vērā ieteikumus arī savā ikdienā. The author of this work is Diana Cabija. The Bachelor's is devoted to the topic "Facilitation of comprehension about the healthy lifestyle in pedagogical process of elementary school students". The topic of the research was determined by the problem of the modern society – the obesity of children, which leads to various chronic diseases. The aim of the research is to analyze theoretical knowledge and to study the knowledge of primary school pupils about a healthy lifestyle and its promotion in the pedagogical process of primary education. The theoretical part analyzes issues such as a healthy lifestyle and opportunities for its promotion. This study looks at ways of awareness opportunities understanding healthy lifestyle for pupils at primary school age. The author offers different ways to promote this awareness in the pedagogical process of primary school. The empirical part describes the methodological justification of the study and provides a description of the study process - student and parent questionnaires and practical work with pupils. By involving different subject teachers, the students were offered activities such as games, relay, cooking, design work, which contributed to their understanding of a healthy lifestyle. The author concludes that using different teaching methods, students learn more and more successfully learn the basic principles of a healthy lifestyle. By raising awareness of the topic, students try to take recommendations into their daily lives.
