Telemātikas datu izmantošana apdrošināšanas informācijas sistēmās

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts, kas ir telemātikas ierīces, kā tās darbojas un kāds ir to pielietojums. Darbā tiek apskatīts, kādus datus ir iespējams iegūt no telemātikas ierīcēm un kā šos datus pielieto apdrošināšanas informācijas sistēmās. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek veikta apdrošināšanas informācijas sistēmas integrācija ar trešās puses servisu, no kura tiek iegūti telemātikas ierīču dati par apdrošinātajām automašīnām. Iegūtie dati tiek izmantoti lai izmainītu un automatizētu dažādus apdrošināšanas informācijas sistēmas procesus.

The thesis studies what are telematics devices, describes how these devices work and what purpose they serve. Focus of thesis is to examine what kind of data can be retrieved from these devices and to review some possible uses of retrieved data in insurance information systems. In the practical part of the thesis an integration between an insurance information system and third-party service, from which telematics data is retrieved for insured vehicles, is made. Retrieved data is then used to change and automate several processes of the insurance information system.
