Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir Pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes personāla vadības procesu pilnveide. Pētījuma mērķis: teorētiski un praktiski pētīt pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes personāla vadības pilnveides iespējas. Pētījumu veido divas daļas – teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēts literatūras avotus par personāla vadības būtību un principiem, ka arī par izglītības iestādi kā organizāciju un par iestādes personālvadības pilnveidošanas metodēm. Praktiskā daļā tiek izvirzīts pētījuma metodoloģiskais pamatojums un tiek analizēti pirmsskolas izglītības vadība un pedagogu anketēšanas rezultāti. Veikt pētījumu par pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vadības un pedagogu sadarbības un tās pilnveidošanas iespējām un veikt secinājumus un ieteikt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma hipotēze: Pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes personāla savstarpējās sadarbības un komunikācijas pilnveides priekšnoteikums ir vadības un pedagogu sadarbība, kā vinotai saliedētai komandai. The topic of Master thesis is “The development of personnel management process in preschool educational institution”. The goal of the thesis is to study opportunities of the development of personnel management in preschool educational institution theoreticaly and practicaly. The research is formed of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is formed from the analysis of literature and other reference sources about personnel management and its principles, as well as about the educational institution as an organization and about the personnel management development methods within the institution. In the practical part is raised research’s methodological justification and are analyzed the results of a questionnaire of preschool educational institution’s personnel management team and teachers. To carry out the research about the preschool educational institution’s managements’ and teachers’ cooperation and its development options, to make conclusions and recommend suggestions. The hypothesis of the thesis: The preschool educational institution’s personnel mutial cooperation and communication perfection’s prerequisite is personnel management’s team and teachers cooperation, as a united team.
