Pēdējos gados arvien vairāk uzņēmumu izmanto grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumus. Pētījuma mērķis ir definēt grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu nozares risku faktorus, izpētīt risku saikni ar saimnieciskās darbības veidu un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu sniedzējiem un saņēmējiem lai mazinātu definētu risku ietekmi uz abu pušu darbu un attīstību. Darbs sastāv no ievada, pamatdaļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmajā daļā tika noskaidrota ārpakalpojumu un grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu vēsture un konceptuālie ietvari. Tad, pamatojoties uz izmantotu literatūru, autore izanalizēja Latvijas, Eiropas Savienības un atsevišķu trešo valstu grāmatvedības normatīvo regulējumu. Beidzot, autore definēja grāmatvedības ārpakalpojumu riskus. In recent years, an ever-increasing number of enterprises have resorted to using outsourced accounting services. The goal of the study is to define risk factors for outsourced accounting services, in addition, study the relationship between risk and sphere of work and according with results of the study develop the proposal for an outsourced accounting service providers and their clients in order to reduce the impact of risks on both side work development. In the first part of the study is reviewed the history of outsourced services and outsourced accounting services and they conceptual framework. Then, according with the used literature and information sources analyzed legal regulation of the accounting service in Latvia, European Union and third countries. Finally, author defined risks of outsourced accounting services.
