Kopstrādes biroja telpas koncepta kā starptautiska biznesa modeļa attīstība Baltijas tirgū

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir analizēt kopstrādes nozari, balstoties uz apkopotajiem datiem par kopstrādes biroja telpu koncepta attīstību pasaulē un, salīdzinot to ar Baltijas valstīm, izstrādāt priekšlikumus koncepta īstenošanai Latvijas, Igaunijas un Lietuvas tirgū. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, kur pirmajā nodaļā veikts kopstrādes biroja telpu biznesa modeļa teorētiskais raksturojums. Otrajā nodaļā, izmantojot pētījumos pieejamos datus, tiek analizētas kopstrādes koncepta tendences pasaulē un tā nākotnes perspektīvas. Trešajā nodaļā tiek pētīta kopstrādes biroja telpu koncepta realizēšana un attīstība Baltijas valstīs. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek apkopota un analizēta informācija, kas iegūta intervējot Baltijas valstu kopstrādes nozares pārstāvjus un Latvijas kopstrādes biroja telpu klientus. Darba rezultātā tika secināts, ka kopstrādes biroja telpas koncepta kā biznesa modeļa attīstībai Baltijas valstu tirgū būtisks priekšnosacījums peļņas gūšanai ir ne tikai piedāvāt kvalitatīvu kopstrādes darba vidi, bet arī veidot kopienu, kurā tās biedriem ir iespēja iegūt jaunus kontaktus, apmainīties ar zināšanām un izstrādāt kopīgus projektus. Darba nobeigumā izteikti vairāki priekšlikumi. Diplomdarbs ir rakstīts latviešu valodā, darba apjoms ir 103 lapas, tai skaitā 6 pielikumi. Pētījumā iekļauti 17 attēli un 8 tabulas.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the coworking industry based on the aggregated data on the development of the concept of coworking office space in the world and, comparing it to the Baltic States, to develop proposals for the implementation of the concept in the Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian markets. The work consists of four chapters, where the first chapter includes theoretical description of the business model of the coworking office spaces. The second chapter, using the data available in the researches, analyses the global trends of coworking concept and its future perspectives. The third chapter consists of the research of the implementation and development of the coworking office space concept in the Baltic States. The fourth chapter summarizes and analyses the information obtained by interviewing the representatives of the Baltic coworking industry and clients of the Latvian coworking spaces. In the result, it was concluded that an essential prerequisite for the development of the concept of the coworking office space as the business model in the Baltic market to gain profit is not only to offer a high quality coworking environment, but also to create community in which its members have the opportunity to get new contacts, knowledge and to develop common projects. In the conclusion of the work a number of proposals have been made. Diploma thesis is written in Latvian, the volume of work is 103 pages, including 6 annexes. The research includes 17 images and 8 tables.
