Banku sektora attīstība Baltijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Banku sektora attīstība Baltijā. Banku attīstība ir valsts ekonomiskās attīstības rakstura lielums un banku sistēmas stabilitāte ietekmē plašas sabiedrības labklājību, kā arī visas valsts tautsaimniecības stabilitāti un augšupeju. Pasaulē Latvija, Lietuva un Igaunija tiek uztvertas kā vienots reģions - Baltija. Visām trijām valstīm ir līdzīgs ģeogrāfiskais stāvokli ar robežu pie Baltijas jūras, līdzīgi klimatiskie apstākļi un vēsture. Gan Rietumu, gan Austrumu uzņēmēju aprindās Baltijas valstis visai bieži tiek uztvertas kā vienota ekonomiskā telpa. Bakalaura darba mērķis, ir izpētīt banku sektoru attīstību Baltijas valstīs un īpaši Latvijā, un to traucējošos un veicinošos faktorus, pastiprinātu uzmanību pievēršot noziedzīgo nodarījumu novēršanas atklāšanas un izmeklēšanas procesiem, kā arī procesu regulējošiem un kontrolējošiem normatīvajiem aktiem un likumdošanai. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina par to, cik liela nozīme ir pārvalstiskai banku uzraudzības struktūrai, kas izveidota, lai nodrošinātu Eiropas Savienības banku sektora stabilitāti, kā arī normatīvajai un likumdošanas bāzei.

The theme of the Bachelor paper is the Banking Development in the Baltic States. Banking development is a measure of nature of the country's economic development and the stability of the banking system affects the well-being of the general public as well as the stability and upsurge of the entire national economy. In the world Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are perceived as a united region - the Baltic States. All three countries have a similar geographic position with the Baltic Sea border, similar climatic conditions and history. In the Western and Eastern business circles, the Baltic States are often perceived as a single economic space. The aim of the bachelor paper is to investigate the development of banking sectors in the Baltic States and particularly in Latvia, their disturbing and facilitating factors, paying increased attention to the processes of detecting and investigating criminal offenses, as well as regulatory processes. The obtained results show the importance of the supranational banking supervisory structure set up to ensure the stability of the banking sector in the European Union as well as the regulatory and legislative framework.
