AS Rietumu Banka finanšu stāvokļa analīze

Abstract

Kā jebkura cita sfēra mūsdienās, arī banku nozare attīstās ļoti strauji. Lai saglabātu konkurētspēju, bankai nepārtraukti ir jāseko līdzi jaunajām tendencēm, toties, daudz svarīgāk bankai būt stabilai un veikt savu darbību atbilstoši likuma prasībām un normatīviem aktiem. Bakalaura darbs “AS Rietumu Banka finanšu stāvokļa analīze” tika izstrādāts ar mērķi veikt AS Rietumu Banka finansiālās darbības analīzi, uz tās pamata izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus bankas darbības uzlabošanai. Finanšu analīze ieņem svarīgu vietu jebkuras saimnieciskās darbības vadīšanā un kalpo par vadības lēmumu atbalsta punktu. Finanšu analīze tiek veikta ar mērķi objektīvi un precīzi novērtēt saimnieciska subjekta finanšu stāvokli, darbības efektivitāti, kā arī laicīgi identificēt riskus un novērst tos. Diplomdarbā ir sniegta pamatinformācija par AS Rietumu Banka un to vietu Latvijas komercbanku sistēmā, apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, veikta AS Rietumu Banka finanšu stāvokļa analīze, apkopoti praktiskās daļas rezultāti, uz kuru pamata izvirzīti priekšlikumi bankas darbības uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām, astoņām apakšnodaļām, trim tabulām, trīsdesmit deviņiem attēliem, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotiem. Darbam ir pievienoti deviņi pielikumi.

Nowadays, as it is in any other area, the banking industry is rapidly evolving. In order to remain competitive, the bank has to constantly follow the new trends, however, it is more important for the bank to be stable and perform in accordance with the law and regulatory acts. The bachelor paper ‘Financial Analysis of JSC ‘Rietumu Banka’ was developed with the aim to analyse the financial activities of JSC ‘Rietumu Banka’, to draw conclusions based on it and to propose solutions for the improvement of the bank’s operations. Financial analysis plays an important role in managing any economic activity and serves as a point of support for management decisions. The financial analysis is carried out with the aim to objectively and precisely asses the financial status of an economic entity, the efficiency of operations, as well as timely identification and eliminations of risks. This paper provides basic information about JSC ‘Rietumu Banka’ and their place in the system of Latvian commercial banks, examines the theoretical aspects of the financial analysis, analyses the financial situation of JSC ‘Rietumu Banka’, and summarises the results of the practical part on the basis of which proposals for the improvement of the bank’s operations were put forward. The paper consists of three chapters, eight sub-chapters, three tables, thirty-nine pictures, conclusions and suggestions, used literary and other sources. nine attachments have been added to the work.
