Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors: Raimonds Kocurs. Bakalaura darba tēma: Uzņēmuma SIA “O. Bāres būvmateriāli” darbības izvērtējums un pilnveides iespējas Talsu pilsētā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir veikt darbības izvērtējumu un noteikt pilnveides iespējas, balstoties uz iekšējās un ārējās vides analīzi būvmateriālu veikalā SIA “O. Bāres būvmateriāli” Talsu pilsētā. Bakalaura darba struktūra sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā veikts iekšējās un ārējās vides teorētisko aspektu izvērtējums, kur apkopoti teorētiskie aspekti par uzņēmuma iekšējo vidi, tieši un netieši ietekmējošo ārējo vidi. Darba otrajā nodaļā izvērtēta būvmateriālu tirdzniecības uzņēmuma un nozares attīstība Latvijā. Trešās nodaļas ietvaros veikts būvmateriālu veikala attīstības iespēju izvērtējums – izpētīta būvmateriālu veikala iekšējā vide, tieši un netieši ietekmējošā ārējā vide, kā rezultātā izvirzītas būvmateriālu veikala attīstības iespējas. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka SIA “O. Bāres būvmateriāli” vadība pieturas pie principa, ka uzņēmumam ir pastāvīgie klienti, līdz ar to nepielieto stratēģiskās vadības procesus vai dažādus citus veicināšanas pasākumus, kā rezultātā uzņēmums nemitīgi zaudē pastāvīgos klientus. Bar building materials "in Talsi city. The structure of the Bachelor work consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the internal and external environment, which summarizes the theoretical aspects of the company's internal environment, which directly and indirectly influences the external environment. In the second chapter of the work the development of building materials trading company and industry in Latvia was evaluated. Within the framework of the third chapter, an assessment of the development possibilities of the building materials shop was carried out - the internal environment of the building materials store, explicitly and indirectly influencing the external environment, was investigated, as a result of which the development possibilities of the building material store were developed. The results of the research show that O. Bar building materials "management adheres to the principle that the company has regular customers, thus, does not apply strategic management processes or various other promotional activities, which results in the company continuously losing its regular customers. The work is written on p. 56, it includes 26 pictures, 3 tables. 36 sources of literature have been used.
