Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors ir Kaspars Stiurenieks. Bakalaura darba tēma: „SIA „Elfa” konkurētspēja un attīstības iespējas Kurzemes reģionā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt uzņēmuma SIA „Elfa” konkurētspēju un izstrādāt ieteikumus turpmākās darbības attīstības iespējām Kurzemes reģionā. Darba pirmajā nodaļā autors sniegs konkurētspējas un konkurences teorētisko raksturojumu. Tiks skaidrots, kā vislabāk salīdzināt konkurentus ar savu uzņēmumu, pievēršot uzmanību uz konkurences vājību un priekšrocību noteikšanu. Otrajā nodaļā autors veiks SIA „Elfa” izvērsto analīzi. Tiks salīdzinātas teorētiski iegūtās zināša-nas ar praktiski iegūto informāciju par uzņēmumu. Trešajā nodaļā tiks izpētīta un analizēta uzņēmuma vieta nozarē. Tiks noskaidrots, kādas ir uzņē-muma attīstības iespējas Kurzemes reģionā. Bakalaura darbā ir apkopoti secinājumi un tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma konkurētspējas palielināšanai un attīstības iespējām. Kurzemes reģionā pēc NACE klasifikatora 43.21 ir 55 aktīvie uzņēmumi un SIA „Elfa”, pēc ap-grozījuma 2016. gadā bija 7 lielākais uzņēmums Kurzemes reģionā šajā nozarē. Analizējot Kurzemes re-ģiona tirgus daļu, noskaidrots, ka 5 lielākie uzņēmumi kontrolēja pusi no tās šajā nozarē 2016. gadā. SIA „Elfa” konkurētspējas palielināšanai un tirgus daļas paplašināšanai nepieciešams ieviest jaunus pakalpo-jumus, izmantojot jau savus esošos resursus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 10 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pētī-jums papildināts ar 6 tabulām un 6 attēliem. Darbā veikta 31 literatūras un citu avotu analīze. Darba ap-joms 51 lpp.

The aim of the Bachelor paper is to analyze the competitiveness of "Elfa" Ltd. and to develop recommendations for its future activities in the Kurzeme region. In the first chapter the author will provide theoretical characteristics of competitiveness and competition: how to compare competitors with your business by paying attention to the advantages and disadvantages of the competition. In the second chapter an elaborate analysis of "Elfa" Ltd. will be carried out. Theoretical knowledge and practical information about the company will be compared. The third chapter will explore and analyze the location of the company in the sector. The com-pany's development opportunities in the Kurzeme region will be clarified. The conclusions are summarized and proposals for increasing the company's competitiveness and development opportunities are made. There are 55 active companies in Kurzeme region according to the NACE classification 43.21. According to "Elfa" Ltd’s turnover in 2016 it was the 7th largest enterprise in Kurzeme region in the sector. Analyzing the market share of Kurzeme region, the 5 largest companies controlled half of the sector in 2016. To increase the competitiveness of "Elfa" Ltd. and expand their market share, it is neces-sary to introduce new services by using the existing resources. The Bachelor paper consists of 3 chap-ters, 10 sub-chapters, conclusions and proposals. Study is complemented with 6 tables and 6 images. The paper analyzes 31 literature and other sources.
