Uzņēmuma SIA "Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA" darbības finanšu analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “”Uzņēmuma SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” darbības finanšu analīze”” apskatīta finanšu vadības būtība, stratēģija un galvenie tās darbības virzieni, kā arī veikta uzņēmuma finanšu procesu izpēte un analīze. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt finanšu procesus SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finanšu darbības pilnveidošanai un ilgtspējīgākai attīstībai. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1.Izzināt un izpētīt zinātnisko literatūru par finanšu analīzes uzdevumiem un funkcijām, kā arī personāla pārvaldības stratēģijas galvenajiem darbības virzieniem un to īstenošanas metodēm. 2.Sniegt uzņēmuma SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” vispārīgu darbības un struktūras raksturojumu. 3.Izpētīt un analizēt finanšu darbības procesu īstenošanas mehānismu uzņēmumā SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” 4.Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus personālvadības procesu pilnveidošanai un uzņēmuma SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” ilgtspējīgas attīstības nodrošināšanai. Autore bakalaura darbu veidojusi divās nodaļās, kur pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” vispārējā informācija, uzņēmuma darbības raksturojums, uzņēmuma darbības veidi, personālsastāvs, konkurenti un uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības rezultāti. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze, no teorētiskā aspekta, kā arī finansu analīzes mērķis, tā būtība, lietotāji un uzdevumi, gada pārskata svarīgums finanšu analīzē, finansu pārskatu vertikālā un horizontālā analīze, finansu rādītāju analīze, ka arī uzņēmuma pakalpojumu noieta prognoze un peļņas vai zaudējumu apreiķina finanšu plans. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā autore izdara secinājumus un sniedz priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finanšu darbības pilnveidošanai un ilgtspējīgākai attīstībai. Darba apjoms ir 60 lappuses, tas satur 22 tabulas, 5 attēlus un 7 pielikumus. Darba izstrādes procesā izmantoti 11 zinātniskās literatūras resursi, 29 interneta resursi. Atslēgas vārdi: finanšu analīze, likviditāte, rentabilitāte, līdzekļu aprite, kapitāla struktūra, medicīnas nozare. Darbam ir teorētiskā un praktiskā vērtība.

Bachelor's thesis "" The financial analysis of the activity of SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” "deals with the essence of financial management, its strategy and its main directions of activity, as well as the research and analysis of the company's financial processes. The aim of the work is to investigate and analyze financial processes at SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” to develop proposals for improving the financial performance of the company and for more sustainable development. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set: 1. To study and research the scientific literature on the tasks and functions of financial analysis, as well as the main directions of the personnel management strategy and their methods of implementation. 2. Provide a general description of the activities and structure of the company SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA”. 3. To study and analyze the implementation mechanism of financial activity processes in the company SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA”. 4. To draw conclusions and elaborate proposals for improvement of personnel management processes and to ensure sustainable development of SIA SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA” . The author has created a bachelor's paper in two sections, where the first chapter deals with the general information of SIA “Auglības klīnika MAMA RĪGA”, the characteristics of the company's activities, the types of company's activities, personnel, competitors and the results of the company's economic activities. The second chapter deals with the financial analysis of the company, from the theoretical aspect, as well as the purpose, essence, users and tasks of the financial analysis, the importance of the annual report in the financial analysis, the vertical and horizontal analysis of the financial statements. At the end of the Bachelor's paper, the author makes conclusions and makes proposals for improvement of the company's financial activity and for more sustainable development. The work volume is 60 pages, it contains 22 tables, 5 pictures and 7 attachments. 11 scientific literature resources, 29 internet resources were used in the process of work development.
