Ēkas attīstības projekta izstrāde un īstenošana Krišjāņa Barona ielā
Abstract
Nekustamo īpašumu attīstīšana Rīgā uzlabotu pilsētas kopējo tēlu un sakārtotu pilsētvidi un ēku īpašniekiem nestu peļņu. Rīgā ir daudz skaistas un pamestas ēkas, kuras nevis uzlabo pilsētas tēlu, bet to degradē, tādēļ lielai daļai pamesto ēku šobrīd ir piešķirts dažādu kategoriju grausta statuss. Maģistra darba “Ēkas attīstības projekta izstrāde un īstenošana Krišjāņa Barona ielā” mērķis ir nodrošināt ēkas attīstības projekta īstenošanu līdz 2023. gadam. Pirmajā nodaļā autors veic būvniecības nozares un nekustamo īpašumu projektu izpēti un analīzi. Otrajā nodaļā tiek izstrādāti tehniski ekonomiskie pamatojumi divām izvirzītajām alternatīvām un tiek izvēlēta alternatīva un izstrādāts projekta priekšlikums, uz kura pamata, darba trešajā nodaļā ir veikta projekta “Ēkas attīstības projekta izstrāde un īstenošana Krišjāņa Barona ielā” rokasgrāmatas izstrāde. Darbs sastāv no 78 lapaspusēm, 25 attēliem, 9 tabulām, 32 pielikumiem. There are a lot of beautiful and abandoned buildings, which degrades city image, therefore wreck status of different categories is assigned to large part of them. The aim of Master thesis “Development and implementation of building development project in Krisjana Barona street” is to ensure realization of building development project till year 2023. Within the 1st chapter the author explores and analyzes construction industry and real estate projects. In 2nd chapter technicaly economic reasons for two expressed alternatives are developed, and one of them is chosen for development of project proposal, on a basis of whom there is a hand book of project “Development and realization of building development project in Krisjana Barona street” created within the 3rd chapter of thesis. Thesis consists of 78 pages, 25 pictures, 9 tables, 32 annexes. Key words: project management, project.
