Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Stratēģisko lēmumu analīze sporta organizācijās”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt sporta organizāciju stratēģiskos lēmumus un virzienus, kuros strādā starptautiskas organizācijas, analizējot un sniedzot priekšlikumus basketbola kluba “VEF Rīga”stratēģisko lēmumu pillnveidei. Bakalaura darba temats ir aktuāls, jo Latvijā ir vairākas sporta organizācijas, kuras pārstāv Latviju starptautiskos turnīros, tādējādi šīm organizācijām ir iespēja celt Latvijas starptautisko atpazīstamību un uzlabot valsts tēlu. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķus, darba autors ir veicis sekojošus uzdevumus, kas ietver starptautiski veiksmīgu un atpazīstamu sporta organizāciju stratēģisko lēmumu izpēti, sporta organizāciju nozares raksturošanu un “VEF Rīga” organizācijas stratēģisko lēmumu analīzi un priekšlikumu izstrādi. Pētijuma gaitā noskaidrojies, ka sniegt labumu sabiedrībai ir viens no galvenajiem mērķiem veiksmīgas sporta organizācijas stratēģijas izstrādē. Kā arī pētijums ir pierādījis nepieciešamību basketbola kluba “VEF Rīga” stratēģijas pilnveidei. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 60 lapas, 8 attēli, 9 tabulas un 2 pielikumi. The title of the Bachelor thesis is analysis of strategic decisions in sports organizations. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to study the strategic decisions and directions of sport organizations in which international organizations work, analyzing and presenting proposals for the strategic decision of the Basketball Club VEF Rīga. The subject of the Bachelor's paper is topical, as there are several sports organizations in Latvia that represent Latvia in international tournaments, thus these organizations have the opportunity to raise Latvia's international reputation and improve the image of the state. In order to achieve the goals of the work, the author of the work has performed the following tasks, which include exploring the strategic decisions of internationally successful and recognizable sports organizations, describing the sports organization sector and analyzing strategic decisions of the VEF Riga organization and developing proposals. Throughout the study, it became clear that giving public benefits is one of the main goals of developing a strategy for a successful sports organization. As well as the research has proved the need for the improvement of the basketball club "VEF Rīga" strategy.
