Zināšanu vadīšanas problēmas organizācijā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma - “Zināšanu vadīšanas problēmas organizācijā”. Mūsdienās ir liels informācijas apjoms, kurš ikdienā ir jāapstrādā, lai varētu kvalitatīvi veikt amata pienākumus. Zināšanu vadīšana ir būtisks organizācijas attīstības elements, tās mērķis ir nodrošināt zināšanu nodošanu kolēģiem. Zināšanu nenodošana kolēģiem var radīt situācijas, ka vienam darbiniekam ir pārāk liels darba apjoms, kuru viņš nevar izpildīt, tādējādi palielinot iespēju saslimt ar izdegšanas sindromu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz pētniecisko literatūru un Valsts tiesu ekspertīžu biroja datu analīzi, identificēt zināšanu vadīšanas problēmas un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Darbs ir sadalīts piecās nodaļās. Pirmajā un otrajā nodaļā tiek izpētīts zināšanu un zināšanu vadības jēdzienu skaidrojumi un to nozīme. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēta informācija par pētījuma bāzes vietu. Ceturtā nodaļā – pētījuma metodes. Piektā nodaļa veltīta pētījuma rezultātiem un analīzei. Darba noslēgumā ir izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi.

The topic of the master’s paper is “Knowledge management problems in an organization”. Everyday a huge amount of information must be processed to perform routine duties efficiently. Therefore, the knowledge management is an essential element of the organization development and its goal is to ensure an effective transfer of knowledge to colleagues. Failure to transfer knowledge to colleagues may create situations when a colleague is overburdened with tasks, which can not be performed, therefore raising probability of burn – out syndrome. The goal of the master’s paper is to identify knowledge management related problems and offer proposals for improvement based on research literature and data analysis of the State Forensic Science Bureau. The paper consists of 5 sections. The first and second sections deal with the concept of knowledge management, description and essence. The third chapter is devoted to research basis. In the fourth section the research methods are described. The fifth section is devoted to results of the research and analysis. The conclusions and proposals have been developed as a result of the research.
