Projekts: Baseinu kompleksa "Aquawave" dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tiek aprakstīta jaunā baseinu kompleksa “Aquawave” dibināšana Jūrmalā. Uzņēmuma darbība tiek plānota Jūrmalā, Kauguros, kas ir visblīvāk apdzīvota daļa Jūrmalā.Uzņēmums piedāvās saviem klientiem sporta un veselības veicinošas nodarbības ūdenī: zīdaiņu peldināšanu speciālās vannās, peldētapmācības bērniem dažāda vecuma grupās un hidroterapiju ar ūdens trenažieriem.Uzņēmuma juridiskā forma ir Sabiedrība ar ierobežoto atbildību. Atbilstoši uzņēmuma turpmākas darbības vīzijai, lielāku daļu no visiem uzņēmuma ieņēmumiem veidos ieņēmumi no bērnu peldēšanas apmācības. Tāpēc, par SIA “Aquawave” galveno saimnieciskās darbības veidu tiek uzskatīta “Sporta un ārpusskolas izglītība”.SIA ‘’Aquawave” pamatkapitāls sastādīs 21 000 EUR Vienas daļas vērtība 100 EUR, kopējais daļu skaits 210. Sabiedrībai būs divi īpašnieki – darba autors Ēriks Pļuta un Mārtiņš Ozoliņš (otrā dalībnieka vārds un uzvārds ir izdomāts, jebkura sakritība ir nejauša). Plānots, ka katrs no īpašniekiem pārvaldīs 50% no kapitāldaļām, kas nozīmē, ka turpmāk katrs no īpašniekiem pārstāv pusi no balsstiesīga pamatkapitāla un visus lēmumus pieņemt būs iespējams tikai sapulcē piedaloties abiem dalībniekiem. Plānotais darbinieku skaits ir 7: no tiem 3 peldēšanas treneri, 2 trenera asistenti un 2 baseinu kompleksa administratori. Uzņēmējdarbības uzsākšanai, darba autors izvēlās izmantot ALTUM aizdevumu Valsts atbalsta programmas ietvaros. Kredīts tiks piešķirts pamatlīdzekļu iegādei kā ķīlu izmantojot iegādātos pamatlīdzekļus.SVID analīze parāda, ka uzņēmuma darbībai ir vairākas priekšrocības, piemēram, baseina atrašanās vieta, unikāli sniegtie pakalpojumi, kas netiek piedāvāti citās vietās Jūrmalā vairumā. Uzņēmuma vadība plāno reklamēt uzņēmuma pakalpojumus ar sociālo tīklu un mājas lapas starpniecību. Projekta finanšu plāna peļņas un zaudējumu aprēķins parāda, ka uzņēmuma pirmo darbības gadu, t.i., 2019. gadu uzņēmums noslēdz ar zaudējumiem (saimnieciskās darbības pirms un pēc nodokļu nomaksas rezultāts ir negatīvs), bet 2020. un 2021. gadā uzņēmumam ir peļņa. Uzņēmuma īpašnieki nolemj neizmaksāt dividendes un visu peļņu ieguldīt uzņēmuma attīstībā.

This Master's thesis describes the establishment of a new pool complex “Aquawave” in Jurmala. It is planned, that the company will operate in Kauguri, the most densely populated part of Jurmala. The company will offer its clients sports and health promoting activities in the water: infant floating in special baths, swimming lessons for children of different age groups and hydrotherapy on water exercise machines. The legal form of the company is Limited Liability Company. According to the company’s business vision, the greater part of all company revenue will come from the provided swimming training. Therefore, "Sport and Out-of-School Education" is considered to be the main economic activity of LLC "Aquawave". The shareholders` equity of Aquawave LLC will amount to 21 000 EUR. The value of one share is 100 EUR, the total number of shares is 210. The company will be owned by two owners - the author of the work Ēriks Pluta and Mārtiņš Ozoliņš (the second participant's name and surname are invented, any coincidence is accidental). It is planned that each of the owners will manage 50% of the shares, which means that each of the owners in the future will represent half of the share capital, and all decisions will be made only with the participation of both participants in the meeting. The planned number of employees is 7: out of them 3 swimming trainers, 2 trainer assistants and 2 pool complex administrators. For start-up, the author chooses to use ALTUM's loan under the State Support Program. The loan will be granted for the purchase of fixed assets as purchased assets beeing as a pledge. SWOT analysis shows that the company has several advantages, such as the location of the pool, uniquely provided services that are not offered in other places in Jurmala in bulk. The company's management intends to promote the company's services through the social network and the website. The profit and loss account of the project's financial plan shows that the company's first year of operation, i.e., the year 2019, is closed down by a loss (the economic activity before and after the tax is negative), but in 2020 and 2021 the company has a profit. The owners of the company decide not to pay dividends and invest all their profits in the company's development.
