| dc.description.abstract | Projekta ideja ir izveidot uzņēmumu, kas sniegs podologa, fizioterapeita un medicīniskās masāžas pakalpojumus Rēzeknē. Sniegtie pakalpojumi tiek klasificēti kā veselības veicinoši, pieder arī profesionālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumiem. Uzņēmums tiks dibināts 2019.gada 3.janvārī, uzņēmuma juridiskā forma būs Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību. Uzņēmumu dibinās divas fiziskas personas. Uzņēmuma pamatkapitāls ir 30000 euro, kas tiks sadalīti 30 daļās - katras daļas vērtība ir 1000 euro. Vienam dibinātājam piederēs 12 uzņēmuma daļas, bet otram – 18 uzņēmuma daļas. Viens no dibinātājiem ieguldīs 12000 euro, savukārt otrs – nekustamo īpašumu, ko uzņēmums SIA”ABC” novērtējis uz 18000 euro. Uzņēmuma atrašanās vieta būs Rēzeknē, Atbrīvošanas alejā 128, kas ir galvenā pilsētas iela un kur tiek nodrošināta lielākā cilvēku plūsma. Plānots, ka uzņēmuma darba laiks būs 8 h dienā, 5 dienas nedēļā, taču darbiniekiem iespējams slīdošais grafiks atkarībā pēc klientu pieraksta. Plānots, ka uzņēmumā strādās 4 darbinieki – masieris, podologs, fizioterapeits un administrators. Masieris un administrators pildīs arī uzņēmuma valdes funkcijas. Veselības veicināšanas joma Latvijā līdz šim ir bijusi atstāta novārtā – veselības nozarei plānotais finansējums vairāk tiek tērēts ārstēšanai nekā preventīvajām darbībām, kas kā ļoti negatīvs faktors tika kritizēts arī OECD dalībvalstu sagatavotajā pārskatā par medicīnas un veselības jomām. Līdz ar to ir panākts zems sabiedrības izglītības līmenis par veselības veicināšanas nozīmi. Apstiprinot 2018. gada budžetu, Saeima piešķīra papildus finansējumu veselības nozarei, kas būs 1,01 miljards eiro, kas ir lielākais veselības nozares palielinājums pēc Latvijas neatkarības atgūšanas. Papildus pieejamais finansējums tiks ieguldīts veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu pieejamības un kvalitātes uzlabošanai, kā arī ārstniecības personu atalgojuma konkurētspējas palielināšanai. Līdz ar to var secināt, ka veselības nozarē gaidāma attīstība un šāda veida uzņēmuma izveide būtu atbilstoša nākotnes plānam veselības veicināšanai "Latvija 30". Uzņēmuma piedāvāto pakalpojumu klāsts būs ļoti plašs, jo tuvākajā apkaimē ir maz konkurentu, kā arī piedāvātie pakalpojumu veidi ir šauri un parasti vairāk ir piederīgi skaistumkopšanas nozarei. Uzņēmums piedāvās dažāda veida medicīniskās masāžas - gan vispārējas, gan segmentārās, kas paredzētas gan bērniem, gan pieaugušajiem. Tiks piedāvāta muskuļu stiepšana, iekšējo orgānu masāža, galvas masāža u.c. Fizioterapeita pakalpojumi paredzēti gan bērniem, gan pieaugušajiem - būs individuālas nodarbības ar klientu un dažādu maipulāciju veikšana, divas reizes nedēļā notiks ārstnieciskā vingrošana grupās līdz 10 cilvēkiem, kā arī piedāvāta tiks kinezioloģiskā teipošana. Podologa sniegtie pakalpojumi ietvers gan ārstniecisko pedikīru, gan arī sēnīšinfekciju ārstēšanu, varžaču apstrādi un likvidāciju, ieaugušu nagu apstrādi un likvidāciju, būs iespēja sastādīt ārstēšanas plānu. | dc.description.abstract | The idea of the project is to create a company that will provide podologist, physiotherapist and medical massage services in Rezekne. The provided services are classified as promoting health and belong to professional rehabilitation services. The company will be established on 3rd January 2019, the legal form of the company will be Limited Liability Company. The company will be established by two natural persons. The stock capital of the company is 30000 Euro that will be divided in 30 parts – the value of every part is 1000 Euro. One founder will own 12 parts of the company, but the other – 18 parts of the company. One of the founders will invest 12000 Euro; however, the other – real estate that the company SIA”ABC” has evaluated as worth 18000 Euro. The company will be located in Rezekne, Atbrivosanas avenue 128, which is the main street of the city thus providing the largest flow of people. It is planned that the working hours of the company will be 8h, 5 days a week; however, rolling schedule is possible for the staff in accordance with the scheduled client appointments. It is planned that in the company there will be 4 staff members – masseuse, podologist, physiotherapist and administrator. The masseuse and administrator will carry out the functions of the board of the company. In Latvia the field of promoting health has been neglected – the finances allocated for health are spent more for treatment and less for preventive activities, which as a negative factor was criticised in the Review on medical and health fields prepared by the OECD member countries. Thus only a low level of society knowledge regarding the impact of promoting health is achieved. When approving the state budget for 2018, the parliament (Saeima) allocated additional financing of 1.01 billion Euro to health industry which is the largest increase for the health industry since the restoration of independence of the Republic of Latvia. The additional available finances will be invested in improving the availability and improving the quality on healthcare services, as well as to increase the competitiveness of medical personnel remuneration. Thus it is possible to conclude that we can expect development in the health industry, and the establishment of this type of company corresponds with the future plan for promoting health "Latvia 30". The range of services offered by the company will be extensive as in the neighbourhood there are few competitors and the range of services they offer is limited and belongs more in the beauty industry. The company will offer different types of medical massages – both general and segmental that are intended for children and adults alike.
