Ārzemēs dzīvojošo Latvijas valstspiederīgo jauniešu cilvēkkapitāla ietekme uz Latvijas tautsaimniecību

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir "Ārzemēs dzīvojošo Latvijas valstspiederīgo cilvēkkapitāla ietekme uz Latvijas tautsaimniecību". Darba autores mērķis ir izpētīt kā no Latvijas aizbraukušie jaunieši un viņu cilvēkkapitāls ietekmē Latvijas tautsaimniecību, sniedzot priekšlikumus identificēto problēmu novēršanai un mazināšanai. Maģistra darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti migrācijas veidi, migrācijas teoriju pamatnostādnes, migrāciju ietekmējošie faktori un to ietekme uz ekonomiku Latvijā un pasaulē. Maģistra darba praktiskajā daļā autore analizēja "Tagad un agrāk ārzemēs dzīvojošo Latvijas valstspiederīgo jauniešu viedokli par viņu potenciālo ieguldījumu Latvijas tautsaimniecībā". Lai sniegtu priekšlikumus radušās situācijas uzlabošanai, maģistra darba autore veica aptauju. Tās rezultātā konstatēti vairāki problēmjautājumi, kuru risināšanai maģistra darba noslēgumā autore sniegusi savus priekšlikumus. Maģistra darbu veido 103 lapaspuses, tajā iekļautas 16 tabulas, 15 attēli, 1 pielikums un izmantoti 59 informācijas avoti.

The Title of Master's Thesis is "the Impact of Latvia's Citizenship Human Capital Residing Abroad - further called Expatriates - on Latvia's Economic Structure". In this Master's Thesis the author was aiming to elaborate on the insights of how the new Expatriate generation of Latvia who has left its mother country has left the short-term and long-term impact of Latvia's economy and politics. The author has also presented overall hypothesis and come forth with recommendations to significantly minimise and reduce , though not to eliminate, the identified problem. The theoretical part of the Thesis unveils and classifies types and reasons of human migration and main reasons for migrating processes, as well as the overall impact of human migration on Latvia's and world economy in the nearest future. However, The practical part of the Thesis studies looked at the comparisons of opinions of current and ex-Expatriates on what they think their potential return on investment should be to Latvia. The author has coveyed an elaborated research that has highlighted problematic issues of the given topic, moreover, the work also further presents fruitful recommendations for the improvement of the critical situation. The Master's Thesis comprises 103 pages, 16 tables and 15 numerous graphs. The work has exploited 59 sources of valuable information and 1 appendix.
