Maģistra darba “Latvijas mobilo sakaru operatora piedāvāto pakalpojumu pilnveide” mērķis ir izstrādāt priekšlikumus Latvijas telekomunikāciju uzņēmuma Bite piedāvāto pakalpojumu pilnveidei. Pirmajā nodaļā raksturota telekomunikāciju nozare Latvijā, telekomunikāciju attīstības vēstures apskats, kā arī tiek raksturotas nozares tehnoloģiskā attīstība pēdējo gadu laikā. Otrajā nodaļā tiek raksturoti lielākie mobilo sakaru operatori Latvijā (Latvijas Mobilais telefons, Tele2, Bite), kā arī autore iepazīstas ar mobilo sakaru operatoru piedāvātajiem pakalpojumiem. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta mobilo sakaru operatora Bite piedāvāto pakalpojumu analīze, salīdzinot piedāvātos tarifu plānus, kā arī tīkla pārklājumu Latvijas teritorijā. Tika apkopoti veiktās klientu aptaujas rezultāti. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 94 lpp., darbā izmantoti 22 attēli, 19 tabulas, un 7 pielikumi. The aim of the Master's thesis "Improvement of the Services Provided by Latvian Mobile Operator" is to elaborate proposals for the improvement of the services provided by Latvian telecommunications company Bite. The first chapter describes the telecommunications sector in Latvia, the history of telecommunications development, as well as describes the technological development of the sector in recent years. The second chapter describes the largest mobile operators in Latvia (Latvijas Mobilais telefons, Tele2, Bite), as well as introduces the services offered by mobile operators. The third chapter analyzes the services provided by the mobile operator Bite, comparing the offered tariff plans and network coverage in the territory of Latvia. The results of the customer survey were summarized. Master's thesis is 94 p., 22 pictures, 19 tables, and 7 appendixes are used in the work.
