Pērses upes kā riska ūdensobjekta analīze

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt un novērtēt faktorus, kas Pērses upi ierindo riska ūdensobjektu sarakstā un liedz sasniegt labu ekoloģisko kvalitāti. 2017. gada 4. aprīlī Ministru kabinets veica grozījumus 2011. gada 31. maija noteikumos Nr. 418 “Noteikumi par riska ūdensobjektiem” un noteica, ka Pērses upei no iztekas līdz ietekai Daugavā ir risks nesasniegt Ūdens apsaimniekošanas likumā noteikto labu virszemes ūdeņu stāvokli. Kā būtisks riska cēlonis ir minēts punktveida piesārņojums no notekūdeņos esošie biogēni un hidromorfoloģiskie pārveidojumi. Teorijas daļā tika raksturota Pērses upe un tās sateces baseins, dabas ūdeņu sastāva veidojošie un ietekmējošie procesi, upju klasifikācijas parametri, punktveida un difūzais piesārņojums kā arī novērtēta hidromorfoloģisko pārveidojumu ietekme uz upes ūdens kvalitāti.

The aim of the master paper is to investigate and evaluate the factors that place the Pērses river in the list of risk water bodies and prevent them from archieving good ecolocial quality On April 4th, 2017, the Cabinet of Minister’s amended the Regulations No. 418 “Regulations on Risk Water Bodies” and stipulated that the river Pērse from the source to the river Daugava would risk not achieving the status of good surface water set forth in the Water Management Law. Point source pollution from waste water and hydromorphological changes are mentioned as a significant cause of risk. Theory section describes the river Pērses and its catchment area, the processes forming and influencing the composition of natural waters, the parameters or river classification, point and diffuse pollution, as well as the influence of hydromorphological transformations on the quality or river water.
