Dzīvojamās telpas īres līgumu termiņu tiesiskie aspekti.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Dzīvojamo telpu īres līguma termiņu tiesiskie aspekti”. Darbā tiek aplūkoti dzīvojamās īres līguma termiņi un to tiesvedības kārtība jautājumos, kas nosaka dzīvojamās telpas īres līguma termiņu pagarināšanu. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt šobrīd spēkā esošo likumu, kas regulē dzīvojamās telpas īres līguma termiņus ar likumprojektu, kurš paredz pārmaiņas dzīvojamo telpu īres līgumu termiņu regulējumā. Darba uzdevums bija izpētīt dzīvojamās telpas īres līgumu jēdzienu, atšķirības starp terminētu un beztermiņa īres līgumu, kā arī izvērtēt izīrētājas tiesības atteikt īres līguma pagarināšanu.Darba gaitā tiek izdarīti secinājumi par dzīvojamās telpas īres tiesību jēdzienu, īres līguma termiņiem. The topic of this Bachelor's thesis is "Legal aspects of the rental contract for residential premises". This thesis covers the time limits for the residential rental contract and the procedures for their proceedings in matters determining the extension of the time limits of the rental contract for a residential space. The purpose of the dissertation is to compare the current law governing the time limits for the rental contract of a residential space with a draft law providing for changes in the regulatory framework for rental contracts for residential premises. Tasks of the thesis was to explore the differences in the concept of rental contracts for residential premises between a long-term and a perpetual rent agreement, as well as to assess the right of the renting agent to refuse the extension of the rent contract. In the course of the dissertation conclusions were drawn about the rental rights of the residential space and the term of the rent contract.
