Arodbiedrību loma darba tiesiskajās attiecības

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore ir pētījusi arodbiedrību lomu darba tiesiskajās attiecībās. Darbā tiek analizēts kā izpaužas arodbiedrības loma dažādos gadījumos, kā arī tas, kādas ir arodbiedrības regulējuma nepilnības. Pētījuma mērķis ir iegūt padziļinātāku izpratni par arodbiedrību darbību un arodbiedrības regulējuma efektivitāti. Veicot regulējuma analīzi, tika atrastas pretrunas par koplīguma spēkā stāšanās laiku, kā arī, darbā tiek piedāvāti likuma grozījumi un papildinājumi, kas uzlabos darba apstākļus darbiniekiem un nodrošinās darba devējiem iespēju strādāt tikai ar godprātīgiem un kompetentiem darbiniekiem. The author of the bachelor theses has studied the role of trade unions in labour relations. In the report it is analysed how the role of trade union works in different situations, as well what are the flaws in the trade union regulations. The purpose of the study is to gain a more in-depth understanding of the functioning of trade unions and their regulation effectiveness. The analysis of the regulation revealed inconsistencies in the timing of the entry into force of the collective agreement, as well the report offers amendments and additions to the law that would improve working conditions for employees and provide employers with the opportunity to work only with honest and competent employees.
