Psihosociālie riski farmaceita darbā un preventīvie pasākumi. Darba autore: Svetlana Tokareva. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Dr. med., asociētā profesore Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 48 lpp., ietver 14 attēlus, 1 tabulu, 2 pielikumus, 37 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta starptautiskā un Latvijas zinātniskā literatūra par farmaceitu darba riska faktoriem, psihoemocionālo stresu farmaceita darbā. Literatūras analīze liecina, ka darba apstākļiem un stresa līmenim ir tiešā ietekme uz personas psihisko un fizisko labsajūtu. Otrajā pētījuma daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā pielietotas metodes. Savukārt trešajā pētījuma daļā ir iegūto datu apkopošana un rezultātu analīze, izklāsts. Pētījuma ietvaros iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka lielākā daļa no pētījumā iesaistītajiem dalībniekiem atzīmēja, ka bieži darbā sastopās ar situācijām, kuras palielina psihoemcionālo slodzi, t.sk. ar citu cilvēku personīgajām problēmām. Pētījumā ietvaros veiktā rezultātu analīze liecina, ka psihoemcionālai pārslodzei un esamībai ir cieša sakarība ar tādiem kritērijiem kā vecums, dzimums, kā arī pētījuma dalībnieku darba stāžs. Izstrādātas praktiskas rekomendācijas. Izmantotās metodes: Kopenhagenas (2007.g.) aptaujas analīze un darbaspēju noteikšana. Psihosocial risk at pharmaceutics work and preventive measures. The study consists of 3 parts. The first part summarizes and analyzes the international and Latvian scientific literature about the risk factors of work of pharmacists, psycho-emotional stress of that at work. Literature analysis shows that working conditions and stress levels have direct impact on the person's mental and physical well-being. The second part of the study describes the methods which were used in the study.The third part of study represents collected data, results and analysis of the results. The vast majority of the participants noted that they often encounter situations that increase psychosocial work load. According to the study, a convincing majority of study participants noted that often encountered other people's personal problems. The analysis of the results of the research shows that psychosocial congestion and the existence are closely related to criteria such as study participants age, gender, and work expierience. Study includes also practical recomendation for employers and workers. Study methods: Copenhagen (2007.y.) survey and analyse of working ability.
