Maģistra darba tēma ir “Pacientu apmierinātība ar medicīnas personāla informācijas sniegšanu par pirms un pēc operācijas periodu ginekoloģijas nodaļā”. Pacientu apmierinātību ar medicīnas personālu nosaka sniegtās informācijas apjoms, kvalitāte un saskarsmes veidi ar pacientu, tas viss motivē pacientu iesaistīties ārstēšanas procesā un ātrāk atveseļoties. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu apmierinātību ar medicīnas personāla informācijas sniegšanu par pirms un pēc operācijas periodu ginekoloģijas nodaļā. Darba uzdevumi: analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par pacientu apmierinātību ar medicīnas personāla sniegto informāciju par pirms un pēc operācijas periodu ginekoloģijas nodaļā; analizēt Betijas Ņūmanes (Betty Neuman, 1990) veselības aprūpes sistēmas modeli un Dorotejas Oremas ( Dorothea Orem, 1995) pašaprūpes teoriju; izveidot informatīvo lapu pacientēm drukātas informācijas saņemšanai. Veikts pētījums kādā no Rīgas slimnīcām, izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi – anketu un kvalitatīvo pētniecības metodi – strukturētu interviju. Hipotēze: pacienšu grupa, kurai tiek sniegta mutiska informācija par pirms un pēc operācijas periodu ginekoloģijas nodaļā un papildus izsniegta drukāta informācija, ir apmierinātāka ar medicīnas personāla informācijas sniegšanu nekā pacientes, kurām, tiek sniegta tikai mutiska vai tikai drukāta informācija - apstiprinājās. Darbs sastāv no 70 lpp., satur 4 teorētiskās nodaļas, 2 pētnieciskās nodaļas, 17 attēlus, 7 pielikumus, 29 literatūras avotus. The theme of Master Paper is “Patient Satisfaction with Information Provided by Medical Staff about Pre and Post Surgery Period at the Gynaecological Clinics”. Patient satisfaction with medical staff is determined by the amount of provided information, quality and communication manner with a patient, all of which motivates a patient to involve in the treatment process and to recover faster. The aim of the work is to ascertain patient satisfaction with information provided by medical staff about pre and post-surgery period at the Gynaecological Clinics. Work tasks are: to analyse scientific literature about patient satisfaction with information provided by medical staff about pre and post-surgery period at the Gynaecological Clinics; to Betty Newman health care system model and Dorothea Orem self – care theory; to create a newsletter for patients to provide with printed information. The research was carried out at one of Riga hospitals using a quantitative research method - a questionnaire and a qualitative research method - a structured interview. The hypothesis: the patient group provided in addition to the verbal information about pre and post-surgery period at the Gynaecological Clinics with written information is more satisfied with the provided by medial staff information than patients who received just verbal or just written information is confirmed. The Paper consists of 70 pages, 4 theoretical parts, 2 research parts, 17 photos, 7 addendums, and 29 literature sources.
