Pleiras telpas patoloģijas diagnosticēšanas algoritmi radioloģijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pleiras telpas patoloģijas diagnosticēšanas algoritmi radioloģijā”. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot pleiras patoloģiju diagnostisko algoritmu novērtēšanu. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru par pleiras patoloģijām, par pleiras patoloģijas veidiem un biežākajiem slimības cēloņiem; analizēt literatūrā aprakstītās pleiras telpas patoloģijas diagnosticēšanas algoritmu iespējas; izpētīt radioloģijas metožu pielietošanu pleiras pataloģijas diagnosticēšanā, izdarīt secinājumus. Veicot pētījumu ar kvalitatīvo pētījuma metodi tika pētīta radioloģisko metožu diagnostikas iespējas pie pleiras telpas pataloģijām. Apkopota informācija par krūšu kurvja uzbūvi un fizioloģiju. Pleiras slimību definīcija, klīniskās izpausmes, ārstēšana un klasifikācija. Tika analizēta literatūras avoti par pieejamiem radioloģiskajiem izmeklējumiem ārstējot un konstatējot pleiras slimības. Metodes efektivitāte un ārstēšanas iespējas apvienošana ar metodi. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 44 lpp., to veido 6 nodaļas un 7 apakšnodaļas, darbā ir izmantoti 17 literatūras avoti, 2 pielikumi un 7 attēli, no kuriem 4 ir pētījuma diagrammas.

Bachelor work “Diagnostic algorithms of the pleural pathology”. The aim of work was to find out the evulation of diagnostic algorithms for pleural pathology. The following tasks were set for the achievement of the goal: analyze literature of pleural pathology, about kinds of pleural pathology and the most common causes of the disease, analyze the possibilities of algorithms for the diagnosis of pleural space described in the literature, study the application of radiological methods in diagnosing pleural pathology, draw conclusions. In the course of research with qualitative research method, diagnostic possibilities of radiological methods at pleural space pathologies were investigated. Information on the structure and physiology of the chest is collected. Definition of pleural disease, clinical manifestations, treatment and classification. Sources of literature on available radiological examinations for treating and detecting pleural diseases were analyzed. The effectiveness of the method and the combination of treatment with the method. The volume of work is 44 pages, it consists if 6 chapters and 7 subdivisions, 17 literature sources, 2 attachments, and work includes 7 images, 4 diagrams.
