Attēla ietekmējošie faktori skeleta scintigrāfijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Attēla ietekmējošie faktori skeleta scintigrāfijā” ir apkopoti literatūras avoti par iespējamiem artefaktiem un faktoriem, kas ietekmē attēla kvalitāti. Skeleta scintigrāfijā ir vairāki faktori, kas var ietekmēt attēla kvalitāti vairākos izmeklējuma etapos. Teorētiskajā darba daļā tika analizēti literatūras avoti par scintigrāfijas metodi, izmantotajiem preparātiem. Tika veikta analīze par skeleta scintigrāfijas izmeklējumu, izmantotajiem instrumentiem, tipisko un netipisko atradni un par iespējamiem artefaktiem skeleta scintigrāfijā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādi ir attēla ietekmējošie faktori skeleta scintigrāfijā, veikt attēlu analīzi un izvērtēt izmeklējuma kvalitāti. Pētniecības darbā ir izmantota retrospektīvo kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode un literatūras avotu analīze. Analizējot literatūras avotus tika izveidota kritēriju tabula, pēc, kuras tika veikta attēlu analīze. Pētījumā tika analizēti 50 skeleta scintigrāfijas izmeklējumi noteikta laika posmā. Darba noslēgumā ir veikts pētījums ar rezultātu apkopošanu un reģistrāciju, veikti vairāki secinājumi un ieteikumi, kas atsaucas uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 34 lapaspuses un tas sastāv no 4 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām, darbā tika izmantoti 25 literatūras avoti. Darbā iekļauti 3 attēli un tabula ar izmeklējuma nepieciešamo informāciju, kritērijiem un datiem.

Bachelor's thesis "Image Influencing Factors in Skeletal Scintigraphy" summarizes literature sources about possible artifacts and factors that affect image quality. In skeletal scintigraphy there are number of factors that can affect image quality in several stages of the exam. The theoretical part of the work was to analyze sources of literature about the method of scintigraphy and the preperates that are used. An analysis was made of skeletal scintigraphy examination, tools that is been used, typical and atypical findings, and possible artifacts in skeletal scintigraphy. The aim of the work is to find out what the factors affecting the image are in skeletal scintigraphy, analyze the image and evaluate the quality of the exam. Research work uses the method of retrospective qualitative research and the analysis of literary sources. Analyzing the sources of literature, a table of criteria was created, after which an image analysis was performed. The study analyzed 50 skeletal scintigraphy exams in a defined period of time. At the end of the study, the compilation and registration of results, several conclusions and recommendations were made that refer to the results of the study. The volume of the bachelor paper is 34 pages and consists of 4 chapters, 9 sub-sections, and 25 literature sources were used. The work includes 3 pictures and a table with the necessary information, criteria and data from the exam.
