Kardioķirurģisko pacientu brūču aprūpe ar negatīva spiediena terapiju

Abstract

Pētījuma nosaukums ir „Kardioķirurģisko pacientu brūču aprūpe ar negatīvā spiediena terapiju”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kardioķirurģisko pacientu un brūču aprūpi ar negatīva spiediena terapiju. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode ar daļēji strukturētu interviju, kā darba instrumentu. Pētījumā respondenti ir septiņas kardioķirurģijā strādājošas māsas. Pamatojoties uz veiktā pētījuma rezultātiem izdarīti secinājumi, ka pielietojot negatīvā spiediena terapiju pacientu brūču ārstēšanā var sasniegt ļoti labus rezultātus brūču dzīšanā. Visizplatītākās aprūpes problēmas pacientiem negatīvā spiediena terapijas gadījumā ir bailes, jo pacients ir informēts par negatīvā spiediena terapijas veikšanu, indikācijām, komplikācijām, bet var nebūt informēts par procedūras norisi un darbībām. Lielākā daļa māsu atzīmēja, ka vislielāko problēmu, aprūpējot pacientus, sagādāja informācijas nepietiekamība par brūču aprūpe negatīva spiediena terapiju. Bakalaura darbam ir 34 lappuses, 4 pielikumi. Literatūras apskatā tika izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti latviešu, krievu un angļu valodā. Research title is Cardiosurgical pacients wund care with negative pressure therapy. The aim of bachelor’s work is to find out the cardiosurgical patients and wounds care with negative pressure therapy. In research used a qualitative research method with a structured interview. The research respondents are seven working in nurses cardiosugical departament. Based on the results ofreaserch, was concluded, treating patient’s wounds with negative pressure therapy can achieve very good results in wound healing. The most common care problems treating patients with negative pressure therapy are fears, because the patient is informed of the use of negative pressure therapy, indications, complications, but may not be informmd of the process and activities of the procedure. Moust nurses noted, that the biggest problem with pacient care is not enough information abaut wound care with negative pressure therapy. Bachelor work has 34 pages, 4 attachments.
