Dorothea Orema teorijas pielietojums pēc diska trūces operācijas stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Dorothea Orema teorijas pielietojums pēc diska trūces operācijas stacionārā,” izstrādāts ar mērķi - Izzināt teorijas pielietojumu pēc diska trūces operācijas. Ievada daļā ir atspoguļota darba aktualitāte. Tika izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums, kā arī darba uzdevumi izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai. Bakalaura darbā tika apskatīta un analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par diska trūci un to raksturojumu, Dorothea Oremu māszinības teoriju, tā tika pielietota pēc operācijas pašaprūpē. Lai atbildētu uz pētniecisko jautājumu, kā pētniecības pamatmetode tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētniecības instruments – intervijas jautājumi. Respondenti – 8 pacienti pēc diska trūces operācijas. Intervija tika veikta X neiroķirurģijas stacionārā. Kopā bija uzdoti 13 intervijas jautājumi, atbildes uz interviju tika apkopotas un analizētas. Dati liecina, ka pacientiem tika veikta pirmreizējā operācija, līdz ar to pacients nav informēts un izglītots iepriekš par pēc operācijas periodu. Medicīnas māsa veicot interviju varēja izzināt kā Dorothea Oremas teorija tika pielietota, jo intervijas laikā tika iegūta informācija par pašaprūpi pēc operācijas periodā, proti, kā pacients izrakstoties no stacionārā varēs pats sevi aprūpēt. Pacientu atbildes tika apkopotas un analizētas kontentanalīzes tabulās. Var secināt, ka pēc operācijas periods un medicīnas māsas darbība ir ļoti svarīga pilnīgai pacienta izveseļošanai, un atbilstoši D. Oremas teorijai pēc operācijas perioda pacients sevi var aprūpēt pats. Medicīnas māsas darbība palīdz pacientam viņa pašaprūpē un veic atbalstošu un izglītojošu darbību. Bakalaura darba apjoms – lpp. 40, pētniecības daļa sastāv no 13 tabulām. Bakalaura darbam pievienoti 3 pielikumi un izmantots 29 zinātniskās literatūras avoti.

Bachelor's Thesis “The usage of Dorothea Orem’s theory after a disc hernia surgery in operational stationary,” was developed with the aim to explore the application of the theory after a disc hernia surgery. The introductory part reflects the topicality in the work. Also, a research issue was raised as well as work tasks for the achievement of the aim. The scientific literature on the hernia of the disc and its characterization, as well as Dorothea Orem's nursing theory and its appliance in post-operative self-care, was considered and analysed within the bachelor’s framework. In order to answer the exploratory question, as a fundamental research method was chosen a qualitative research method, the research tool – interview questions. Respondents - 8 patients after a disc hernia surgery. The interview was conducted in an X neurosurgery hospital. Together, 13 interviews were issued and the answers to the interview were collected, and analysed. As interview issues indicate how patients underwent first-time surgery, it demonstrates that the patient is not informed and educated in advance of the post-surgery period. The nurse by interviewing could explore and use the Dorothea Orem’s self-care Theory. In addition, the information about patient’s self-care in the post-surgery period was obtained from the interview questions on how the patient would be able to take care of oneself. Patient’s responses were processed and viewed in the content analysis tables. It can be concluded that the post-surgery period and the medical nurse’s activities are very significant for the patient's complete recovery, and according to D. Orem's theory, the patient in the post-surgery period is able to self-care. The nurse's activities help the patient to self-care and only perform supportive and educational activities. The Bachelor’s Thesis consists of – 40 p., the research part consists of 13 pictures. To the bachelor’s work were added 3 attachments and used 29 sources of scientific literature.
