Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Aprūpes darba organizācija pēcoperācijas novērošanas palātā reģionālajā slimnīca”. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 4 tabulām, 31 literatūras avotiem, 6 pielikumiem. Darba apjoms 34 lpp., Agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā ļoti svarīgi ir pievērst un veltīt uzmanību pacienta novērošanai. Tieši šim mērķim eksistē pēcanestēzijas novērošanas palāta. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot aprūpes darba organizāciju pēcanestēzijas novērošanās palāta, reģionālajā slimnīca. Pētījuma uzdevumi: apkopot un analizēt literatūru par aprūpes darba organizāciju pēcanestēzijas novērošanas palāta; analizēt Džīna Vatsones Aprūpes teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darbu; izvēlēties pētījuma metodi, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu un veikt pilotpētījumu; veikt pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos pētījuma rezultātus; izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir aprūpes darba organizācija pēcanestēzijas novērošanās palāta, reģionālajā slimnīca? Pētījuma metode: Kvalitatīvais pētījums. Pētījuma instruments: Intervija. Pētniecības daļā izanalizēti un aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti. Pēc anestēzijas novērošanas palātā, reģionālajā slimnīcā, aprūpes darba organizācija ir ļoti atbildīgs process, jo tas prasa lielu uzmanību, aukstu sagatavotību un zināšanas. Pirms aprūpes sniegšanas, nodaļas vadībai ir jānodrošina personālu ar visu nepieciešamo, darbam, taču strādājošajam personālam jāsagatavo viss nepieciešamais aprīkojums un iekārtas, jo no tā ir atkarīgs strādājoša personāla darbs, kuru tas veiks visu darba laiku. Bachelor thesis – „Care organization work post – anaesthesia recovery room in regional hospital”. Bachelor thesis consist of 4 tables, 31 literature sources and 6 annexes, totally 34 pages. Early postoperative period it is very crucial to pay attention to the patient after the surgery and anaesthesia , that is why the post anaesthesia recovery room exists. Objective of the research: to research the care organisation work post – anaesthesia recovery room in regional hospital. Task of research: to analyse and summarize existing literature about the care organisation work post – anaesthesia recovery room; to analyse the Dzina Watson theory and link with this dissertation; to choose the research method; to develop the research instruments; make a pilotresearch and a research; analyse and summarise the gained data; to make a conclusion. The research question is: What is the care organisation work post – anaesthesia recovery room in regional hospital? Research method: qualitative research. Research method: interview. Research part consist of the analysis and the gained data. The care at the regional hospital post – anaesthesia recovery room is very important and responsible process, which requires the close attention, knowledge and level of preparedness. The hospital authorities must provide all the essentials to the hospital staff, however the staff must prepare all the necessary equipment and machines themselves, because this is crucial to the work they do.
