Māsas tēls pacientu skatījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Māsas tēls pacientu skatījumā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka jautājumi par māsas profesionālā tēla attīstību, kuru raksturo vairāki elementi: apģērbs, kustības, žestikulācija, mīmika, uzvedība, manieres, profesionalitāte, komunikācijas prasmes, ka arī cita veida prasmes un citi faktori., kas kopumā veido priekšstatu par māsas profesijas pārstāvjiem. Darba mērķis: Noskaidrot ortopēdiskās klīnikas pacientu/klientu viedokli par māsas profesionālo tēlu. Pētījuma hipotēze: Pacienti par nozīmīgākajiem māsas tēlu veidojošajiem elementiem uzskata komunikācijas prasmes un profesionalitāti. Pētniecības uzdevumi: apkopot un analizēt literatūras pārskatu un analīzi par māsas tēla veidojošiem faktoriem, veikt literatūras analīzi par komunikācijas nozīmi māsas profesijā un veikt tās sasaisti ar māsas tēlu, veikt analīzi ar Betijas Ņūmenas sistēmas moduli saskarsmē ar darba tēmu. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu, analizēt un apkopot iegūtos datus. Izstrādāt secinājumus balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem. Pētījuma metode – Kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments – strukturēta pašaizpildes anketa ar slēgtiem daudzizvēļu jautājumiem. Pētījums tika veikts vienā no Latvijas ortopēdiskajām klīnikām, aptaujāti 100 respondenti no tiem 57 vīrieši un 43 sievietes, vecumā no 18 un vairāk gadiem. Pētniecības rezultāti parāda, ka hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies, jo pēc iegūtajiem datiem, pacientu skatījumā nozīmīgākie māsas profesionālo tēlu veidojošie elementi ir komunikācijas prasmes un profesionalitāte. Bachelor paper theme - "The image of a nurse from a patient perspective". The theme is determined by the image of a sister, which contradicts the view that its only maker is a visual appearance, although it is characterized by several elements: clothing, movements, gesticulation, mimicry, behavior, manners, professionalism, communication skills, as well as other skills and other factors, which in general form a peculiar personality "business card", which is not detachable from its internal world, but is influenced and changeable. Aim of the work: To clarify the professional image of the patients / clients of the orthopedic clinic. Research Hypothesis: Patients consider communication skills and professionalism as the most important elements of nurse image. Research tasks: To collect and analyze literature review and analysis of the factors forming the nurse's image, to carry out literature analysis on the importance of communication in the nurse's profession and to associate it with the image of a nurse, to analyze with the Betti Newman's system module in dealing with the theme of the work. Develop a research tool, conduct research, analyze and aggregate the obtained data. To draw conclusions based on the results of the research. Method of research - Quantitative research method, research instrument - structured self-filling questionnaire with closed multi-choice questions. The study was conducted in one of Latvia's orthopedic clinics, 100 respondents, 57 men and 43 women aged 18 and over, were interviewed. Research results show that the hypothesis is confirmed, because, according to the obtained data, in the opinion of patients, the most significant elements of the professional image of the nurse are communication skills and professionalism.
