Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: Sadarbību ietekmējošie faktori operācijas māsas darbā . Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka pasaules mērogā aktualizētie jautājumi par pacientu drošības nodrošināšanu operācijas laikā, mazinot kaitējumu pacienta veselībai. Daudz pētījumi parāda, ka ķirurģisko kļūdu un pēcoperāciju sarežģījumu cēlonis vairumā gadījumu ir operācijas personāla komunikācijas traucējumi. Svarīga loma ķirurģiskās brigādes darbā ir operāciju māsai. Tādā veidā viņas darbs vienmēr notiek komandā, un efektīvas komunikācijas ar kolēģiem problēma viņai ir ļoti aktuāla. Pētījuma dalībnieki: Operāciju māsas, ķirurgi, māsas-anestezistes,māsu-palīgi, anesteziologi. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot, kādi faktori ietekmē sadarbību operācijas māsas darbā. Darba izstrādē izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, instruments - anketa. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj atbildēt uz pētniecības jautājumiem – Kadi faktori var ietēkmēt māsas sadarbību operācijas laikā. Pie kadiem principiem ir jāpieturas operāciju brigādei, lai veicināt efektīvu sadarbību.

The topic of qualification paper: Factors influencing the cooperation in the work of a theatre nurse. The relevance of the theme depends on the internationally raised issues of ensuring the patient’s safety during the surgery to minimize the damage to the patient’s health. Many studies show that surgical errors and postoperative complications are in most cases caused due to distracting communications of the surgical team members. The significant role played in the surgical team’s work is that of a theatre nurse. In this way, the work of a theatre nurse always occurs within the team, and the issue of effective communication with the colleagues is thus especially relevant. Research participants: Theatre nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurse – anesthetist, assistants nurse. Research goal: Determine which factors influence the cooperation of a theatre nurse at work. The study was conducted by adopting the quantitative research method and using the survey as a research tool. The data found allows answering the research questions, precisely which factors may influence the communication and cooperation of the theatre nurse during the surgery, which principles the surgical team should adhere to in ensuring effective cooperation and which factors may worsen the communication during the surgery.
