Baltkrievijas un Eiropas Savienības attiecības

Abstract

Izstrādātā bakalaura darba tēma ir “Baltkrievijas un Eiropas Savienības attiecības”. Tā kā Baltkrievijā pastāv autoritārs režīms un tā robežojas ar Eiropas Savienības valstīm, kur augstu tiek vērtētas demokrātiskās vērtības un ir svarīgi saglabāt reģiona stabilitāti, darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kā Eiropas Savienības izstrādātā un īstenotā kaimiņattiecību politika ietekmē Baltkrievijas valsts attīstību demokrātijas virzienā. Darba teorētiskā analīze tiek balstīta uz demokratizācijas procesa teorijas analīzi, kā arī tika pētīta Eiropas Savienības un Baltkrievijas kaimiņattiecību politika un tās īstenotās programmas. Empīriskās daļas analīze balstās uz Eiropas Savienības un Baltkrievijas veidotās kaimiņattiecību politikas reālo virzību un attīstību, kur tiek pētīta Austrumu partnerības īstenotā programma. Darbā tiek izmantoti Eiropas Savienības oficiāli izdotie dokumenti, programmas, samitu un konferenču programmas un atskaites. Ir atbildēts uz darba izpētes jautājumu, kur secinājums ir sekojošs,- Eiropas Savienības ietekme uz Baltkrievijas iekšpolitiku pastāv, tomēr tā ir neveiksmīga.

The working theme of the bachelor's work is “ Belarus and European Union relationships”. As an authoritarian regime persists in Belarus and borders on the countries of the European Union where democratic values are appreciated and it is important to preserve the stability of the region, the aim is to explore how the European Union's developed and implemented neighbourhood policies are capable and affecting the development of the country of Belarus in the direction of democracy. The theoretical analysis of the work is based on analysis of the theory of democratic process and has also been studied in the EU and Belarus neighbourhood policies and its programmes. The analysis of the empirical part builds on the real progress and development of the neighbourhood policy developed by the European Union and Belarus, where the programme implemented by the Eastern Partnership is studied. Documents, programmes, summits and conference programmes and reports officially issued by the European Union are used as sources. It is answered to the question of work research, where the conclusion is as follows – there is impact of the European Union on Belarus's internal policies, but it is unfortunate.
