Kopienas fonda nozīme sadarbības stiprināšanā: Alūksnes un Apes novada fonda gadījuma izpēte

Abstract

Kopienas fondi tiek uzskatīti par rīcībspējīgiem aģentiem, kas var veicināt dažāda līmeņa pārmaiņas vietējā, kā arī valstiskā līmenī. Svarīgi ir uzzināt, kā kopienas fondi var strādāt vēl efektīvāk, lai viņu rīcībspēja palielinātos. Pētījuma mērķis, ir noskaidrot Alūksnes un Apes kopienas fonda nozīmi sadarbības stiprināšanā starp dažādiem aģentiem novados. Darbā analizēta prakses kopienu teorija un sadarbības koncepta teorētiskais ietvars. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika veikta gadījuma izpēte un gadījuma izpēte gadījumā. Kā datu ieguves metodes tika izmantotas daļēji strukturētās intervijas, grupu intervija, novērojumi un dokumentu izpēte. Dati tika analizēti izmantojot Roberta E. Staka pieeju gadījumu pētniecībai – tiešo interpretāciju un kategoriju veidošanu. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka fonds ir nozīmīgs aģents, kas stiprina sadarbību starp dažādiem aģentiem novadā, taču ir nepieciešams attīstīt tiešās un netiešās komunikācijas prasmes, kā arī nepieciešams strādāt ar ziedotājiem, kas var sniegt lielāku ieguldījumu fonda darbībā, lai varētu efektīvāk veikt ikdienas pienākumus.

Community foundations are considered as capable agents who can foster development in local, as well in national level. It is important to research these agents, to understand how they can be more proficient and rise their own capability. The aim of this research is to find out the role of Aluksne and Ape community foundation in strengthening cooperation between different agents in Aluksne un Ape counties. The theoretical framework consists of theory of communities of practise and cooperation theoretical frame. Case study and case within a case where used as research methods. As the main data collecting methods were used semi-structured interviews, observations and desk study. Data was analysed using Robert E. Stack approach to case study analyse – direct interpretation and categorical aggregation. The results of the research show that Aluksnes and Apes community foundation has an essential role in strengthening cooperation’s, however it is important to improve direct and indirect communication skills, work with investors, who can support with regular financial resources, to have the possibility to work more efficient on daily bases.
