Abstract

2016. gada novembrī Oksfordas vārdnīca fenomenu pēcpatiesība pasludināja par gada vārdu. Mūsdienu politiskā un sociālā panorāma raksturo patiesības klimatu pasaulē, kurā objektivitāti un racionalitāti nomaina emocijas vai vēlme atbalstīt uzskatus, kas ir pretrunā ar faktiem. Šis fenomens ir skāris arī Latvijas sabiedrības informācijas telpu. Uz šo norāda 2017. gada jūlijā žurnāla “Ir” publicētie Korupcijas novēršanas un apkarošanas dienesta vērienīgās tā dēvēto“oligarhu sarunu” autentiskie krimināllietas materiāli. Latvijas Republikas Saeima uz šī pamata uzdeva izveidot parlamentārās izemklēšanas komisiju, kura pārbaudīja publiskajā telpā nonākušo informācijas patiesimu un citus aspektus, kas ar to tika saistīti. Tādēļ ir svarīgi izpētīt un atklāt pēcpatiesības fenomena iezīmes Latvijas informācijas telpā “oligarhu sarunu” kontekstā. Maģistra darba – “Pēc-patiesība oligargu sarunu diskursā: Parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas darbības reprezentācija protālos irir.lv, lsm.lv un nra.lv (2017. gada jūlijs- 2018. gada augusts)” mērķis: analizējot pēcpatiesības fenomenu oligarhu sarunu diskursā: parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas darbības reprezentācijās, atklāt parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas reprezentācijas argumentus un pēcpatiesības fenomena iezīmes portālos irir.lv, lsm.lv un nra.lv. Vienlaikus arī atklāt ar ekspertu interviju palīdzību galvenās problēmas pēcpatiesībā oligarhu sarunu diskursā: parlamentārās izmeklēšanas komisijas darbības reprezentācijās. Maģistra darba teorijā ir aplūkota pieejamā literatūra par pēcpatiesības fenomenu, par tā iezīmēm un bullshit komunikācijas formām. Tāpat apskatītas mediju normatīvās teorijas, kā arī aplūkota literatūra par mediju hibrīdkultūru. Pētījuma dati (irir.lv, nra,lv un lsms.lv raksti) tika analizēti ar kontentanalīzi un diskursa vēsturiskās analīzes pieju, papildus tam tika veiktas 3 ekspertu intervijas. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina: Maģistra darbā apkopotie diskursa analīzes dati atsedz Latvijas konsitūciju (likumu, tiesībaktu, un galvenkārt krimināllikumu) nepilnības, gan turklāt varas iestāžu, Latvijas valsts likumdevēja sadrumstalotību politiskajās nostādnēs un vājo politisko rīcību. Iegūtie secinājumi atklāj Latvijas politisko spēku koruptīvās darbības (interešu konfliktus, negodprātīgumu), kas norāda uz demokrātisko vērtību un politiskās ētikas nevienlīdzīgumu un pat noliegumu.

In November 2016, the Oxford Dictionary pronounced the phenomenon of succession as the annual name. The contemporary political and social panorama characterizes the climate of truth in a world in which objectivity and rationality are replaced by emotions or the desire to support views that are in contradiction with the facts. This phenomenon has also affected the Latvian public information space. To this end, in July 2017, the enormous, so-called "oligarchic conversations" of the Corruption Prevention and Combating Service published by the Ir is published in the authentic criminal case materials. On this basis, the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia commissioned the establishment of a parliamentary distillation commission, which examined the facts of the information contained in the public space and other aspects related to it. Therefore, it is important to study and reveal the features of the post-truth phenomenon in the context of the "oligarchic conversations" in the Latvian information space. Master's thesis - "Post-truth in the discourse of oligarch’s conversations: The parlamentary committe work representation on the portals irir.lv, lsms.lv and nra.lv (July 2017- Jannuary 2018)” aim is: analyzing the phenomenon of post-truth in the discourse of oligarchs' conversations: parliamentary investigation commissions in the representations, to reveal the arguments of representation of the parliamentary inquiry commission and the features of the post-truth phenomenon on the websites irir.lv, lsm.lv and nra.lv. At the same time, through expert interviews, the main problems following the discourse of oligarchs in conversation: the activities of the parliamentary commission of inquiry in representations. The theory of master thesis deals with available literature on the phenomenon of post-truth, its features and bullshit forms of communication. Also, media normative theories are considered, as well as literature on media hybrid culture. The research data (irir.lv, nra, lv and lsms.lv articles) were analyzed by means of the content analysis and the analysis of the discourse, and 3 expert interviews were carried out. The results of the research show: The data of the discourse analysis compiled in the Master's thesis reveals the weaknesses of the Latvian consortium (laws, legal acts, and main criminal law), as well as the fragmentation of the authorities, the Latvian national legislator in politics and weak political action. The obtained conclusions reveal the corrupt actions of Latvian political forces (conflicts of interest, insecurity), which indicate the inequality and even denial of democratic values and political ethics.
