Pedagogu informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju lietpratības pilnveide

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Pedagogu informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju lietpratības pilnveide” ir aprakstīti kompetenču izpētes teorētiskie aspekti un skolas vadības darbība. Projekta “Skola 2030” vadībā tieši šajā laikā Latvijas izglītības sistēmā notiek vislielākās pārmaiņas izglītības saturā. Projekta sasniedzamais rezultāts ir vizualizēts kā zināšanu, prasmju un attieksmju/vērtību caurviju darbība, kas ietekmē skolēnu kompetenču izveidi. Lai atbalstītu pedagoģiskā personāla kompetenču attīstību, īpašu uzmanību veltījot informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju kompetenču pilnveidei, īpaša uzmanība pievērsta 1. nodaļā. Mūsdienu pasaulē notiekošās sociāli ekonomiskās pārmaiņas, ātrā pāreja uz zinātnisku sabiedrību, zināšanu kvalitātes un daudzuma pieaugums, tehnoloģisko, politisko procesu globālais mērogs un demogrāfiskās pārmaiņas ir jauni izaicinājumi, kuriem nepieciešams jauns izglītības koncepts tādēļ īpaša uzmanība jāpievērš tam, lai pedagogiem būtu piedāvāts iespējami plašs tālākizglītības iespēju loks, tādēļ skolas vadībai ir jāpievērš uzmanība efektīvam pedagogu tālākizglītības procesa nodrošinājumam. Latvijā kopumā ir izveidota pedagogu tālākizglītības sistēma informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju kompetenču pilnveidei, par to ir aprakstīts 2. nodaļā. Kompetence kā jauns jēdziens 21.gadsimta izglītībā ir apskatīts 3. nodaļā, un tiek akcentēts tas, ka pamatkompetences kā izglītības rezultātu atspoguļojums. Kā nozīmīgākās pedagoģiskās kompetences ir definētas - personālās kompetences, profesionāli - metodiskās kompetences, sociāli komunikatīvās kompetences, īpašu uzmanību veltījot informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju kompetenču attīstībai un pilnveidei. Informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju (IKT) pielietojums pedagogu darbā ir noteicis to, ka pedagogiem ir nepieciešamība apgūt jaunās IKT kompetences un tās pielietot pedagogu ikdienas darbībā elektroniskajā vidē, tomēr šajā jomā tomēr ir diezgan daudz problēmu, par kurām minēts 4. nodaļā. Skolas vadības iesaiste un ieinteresētība pedagogu IKT kompetenču apguvē un skolas vadības darbības nozīmi pedagogu kompetenču pilnveidē apskatīta 5. nodaļā, un tā kontekstā analizētas Eiropas Savienības vadlīnijas izglītības procesu vadībai dalībvalstīs. Maģistra darba mērķis ir raksturot izglītības iestādes vadības darbību un ieinteresētību informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju kompetenču pilnveidei. Pētījumam par pedagogu kompetenču līmeņiem izstrādāta aptauja „Jūsu kompetenču karte” pašvērtējuma formā, kurā pētītas pedagogu kompetences šobrīd un nākotnē attīstāmās. Īpaša uzmanība ir pievērsta informācijas un tehnoloģiju kompetenču attīstībai, jo tās ir vienas svarīgākajām profesionāli metodiskajām kompetencēm. Apkopotie dati interpretēti 6. nodaļā.

The master’s paper “The Actions of School’s Board for Teachers’ Advancement in Information and Communication Competences” describes the theoretical aspects of the research in competences and the actions of school board. This paper explores the development of teachers’ competences, particularly dealing with advancement of competences in information and communication technologies, discussed in part 1. The socially economical changes of the contemporary world, the fast shift to scientific society, the growth of knowledge in amount and quality, the global scale of technological and political processes as well as demographical alteration are the challenges that demand upgraded conception of education. Therefore, it is significant to offer teachers broad further education opportunities. School board must facilitate effective further education of the school staff. There is a further education frame designed in Latvia for educators’ advancement in technological and communication competences, described in part 2. The competence as the new term in the education of the XXI century is described in part 3. The following educational competences are defined as the most significant: personal competences, professionally-methodological competences and socially communicative competences, especially dealing with development and advancement of information and communication technology competence. Part 4 studies the problems educators meet in their everyday work and duties dealing with information and communication technologies (ICT). Part 5 examines the school board’s involvement and role into mastering the school staff’s ICT competences. In this context, the European Union paradigms for educational process management in member states are analyzed as well. Purpose of the Master’s diploma paper is to characterize the action and involvement of the board of educational institution into advancement of ICT competences. For the research into scale of educators’ competences there is a questionnaire designed in the form of self-assessment “The Map of Your Competences”. Special attention is paid to the development and advancement of ICT competences for they are one of the most constitutive professionally-methodological competences. Data are interpreted in part 6.
