Pacientu aprūpe pēc sirds vārstuļa protezēšanas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pacientu aprūpe pēc sirds vārstuļa protezēšanas”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka cilvēku bieža saslimstība ar vārstuļu pataloģijām. Bakalaura darba mērķis - analizēt pacientu aprūpi un tās dokumentēšanu pēc sirds vārstuļa protezēšanas. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, autore izvirzīja sekojošus darba uzdevumus - analizēt literatūru par sirds vārstuļu kaišu etioloģiju, klīniskām izpausmēm, vārstuļa protezēšanas iespējām un komplikācijām; analizēt V. Hendersones māszinību teoriju saistībā ar pacientu aprūpi pēc sirds vārstuļa protezēšanas; izstrādāt pētniecības instrumentu; veikt pētījumu; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma daļā autore izvēlējās kvalitatīvu pētījuma metodi. Autore izstrādāja strukturētu interviju un novērojuma protokolu, lai noskaidrotu, kāda ir pacientu aprūpe un aprūpes dokumentēšana pēc sirds vārstuļa protezēšanas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījums norisinājās Rīgas X slimnīcā, piedalījās 6 praktizējošas māsas, kuras veic pacientu aprūpi pēc sirds vārstuļa protezēšanas. Pētījuma daļā veikta kontentanalīze un analizēti novērojuma protokola dati.

The topic of the thesis is “Patient care after heart valve prosthetics”. Due to the high incidence of valvular heart disease, this issue has immense significance. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to analyse postoperative patient care and the documentation of the procedures following heart valve surgery. In order to obtain aforementioned information, the author used the following materials and methods – analyzed the available literature concerning the aetiology of valvular heart disease, its clinical manifestations, the different valve replacement options and the potential complications; examined V.Henderson’s Nursing Theory and its applicability to the patient’s recovery process after heart valve surgery; design a research instrument; conduct a research study; compile and review the results; based on evidence come to a conclusion. A qualitative research method was chosen for the study. The author devised a researcher-administered survey and a monitoring protocol in order to determine what are the standarts of care and the recordkeeping of the procedures during the early postoperative period after heart valve surgery. The study was conducted at X. 6 practicing nurses, specialised in the postoperative care after heart valve replacement, partook in the study. Content analysis for all 6 interviews was carried out and 6 monitoring protocols evaluated.
