Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - "Māsu un pacientu priekšstati par aprūpi ietekmējošiem faktoriem dienas stacionārā". Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka dienas stacionāra pacientu skaits aug un arī pieprasījums pēc aprūpes procesa kvalitātes palielinās. Tādēļ, lai uzlabotu aprūpi ir svarīgi izpētīt māsām un pacientu priekšstatus par aprūpi ietekmējošajiem faktoriem. Darba mērķis ir izzināt māsu un pacientu priekšstatus par aprūpi ietekmējošiem faktoriem dienas stacionārā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir analizēt literatūras avotus par aprūpi un to ietekmējošajiem faktoriem; analizēt Virdžīnijas Hendersones teoriju; izveidot intervijas jautājumus; iegūt ētikas komitejas atļauju un veikt pilotpētījumu; veikt pacientu, māsu intervēšanu; apkopot iegūtos datus; izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums- kādi ir māsu un pacientu priekšstati par aprūpi ietekmējošiem faktoriem dienas stacionārā? Pētniecības instruments- intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma metode – neeksperimentāls, kvalitatīvs, aprakstošs pētījums ar kontentanalīzi. Respondenti- dienas stacionāra pacienti un māsas Pētījuma bāze- X dienas stacionārs. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 6 nodaļām, 8 apakšnodaļām un 6 pielikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aprakstīts dienas stacionārs, izskaidroti pacientu aprūpi ietekmējošie faktori un iekļauts jēdziena ''priekšstati" skaidrojums. Literatūras apskatā ietilpst V. Hendersones teorijas analīze, tās pielietojums un saistība ar darba tēmu. Pētniecības daļā izanalizēti un aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti. Pētījums norisinājās no 19.04. 2018 līdz 30. 04. 2018 un tajā piedalījās 5 māsas un 5 pacienti. Petījuma mērķis ir realizēts, tika izzināti māsu un pacientu priekšsatati par aprūpi ietekmējošiem faktoriem dienas stacionārā. The theme of the Bachelor is "Nurse and patients views on factors influencing care in day care hospital". The topicality of the theme is determined by fact that the number of day care patients are growing and the demand for nursing process quality increases. Therefore, in order to improve care, it is important to study nurses and patient’s perceptions about the factors influencing care. The aim of the work is to find out the nurse's and patient’s views about the factors influencing care in a day care hospital. The research tasks are to analyze the sources of literature about care and the factors affecting it; analyze Virginia Henderson's theory; create interview questions; obtain permission from the Ethics Committee and conduct a pilot study; to carry out patient, nurse interviews; collect the obtained data; draw conclusions. Research question: What are the nursing and patient views about the factors influencing care in a day care hospital? Research tool- interview questions. Research method - non-experimental, qualitative in nature, descriptive study with a content analysis. Respondent-domestic stationary patients and nurses. Study base-X day care hospital. The bachelor paper consists of 6 chapters, 8 sub-chapters and 6 appendices. The theoretical part describes the day-care center, explains the factors influencing patient care and includes the explanation of the concept of '' views". The literature review includes the theory of V. Henderson analysis, its application and its relation to the theme of the work. The empiric section analyzes and describes the results of the research. The study ran from 19.04. 2018 to 30. 04. 2018 and in it participated 5 nurses and 5 patients. Aim of the research is realized, the nurse's and patient’s views about the factors influencing care in a day care hospital have been found out.
