Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma- Otrā tipa cukura diabēta pacientu līdzestība medikamentu lietošanā un to ietekmējošie faktori. Hipotēze: Otrā tipa cukura diabēta pacientu līdzestība medikamentu lietošanā ir zema. Biežāk norādītais iemesls ir aizmiršana. Noskaidrot otrā tipa cukura diabēta pacientu līdzestību medikamentu lietošanā un to ietekmējošos faktorus. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1. Izpētīt zinātnisko literatūru; 2. Izveidot anketas jautājumus; 3. Veikt pacientu anketēšanu; 4. Apkopot un izanalizēt iegūtos rezultātus; 5. Izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma metode: Kvantitatīvā metode. Pētījuma instruments: Anketa Zema pacientu līdzestība medikamentu lietošanā noved pie sliktiem klīniskajiem rezultātiem, veicina saslimšanas, nevajadzīgi paaugstina ārstēšanās izmaksas un palielina nāves risku. Vieglāk ir noskaidrot cēloņus, kāpēc pacients nav līdzestīgs medikamentu lietošanā, lai novērstu šos faktorus, nekā pēc tam ārstēt jau ieilgušās problēmas, jo slimības komplikāciju izmaksas ir ļoti augstas un sekas var būt nāvējošas Pētījums vieta- A, B, C un X ģimenes ārsta prakses Rīgā, kur tika respondenti 100 pacienti ar diagnozi otrā tipa cukura diabēts. Sākumā pacientiem tika izdalīta pirmā aptaujas anketa, kas sastāvēja no 6 jautājumiem, lai noskaidrotu viņu līdzestību medikamentu lietošanā. Pēc tam pacientiem, kuriem tika identificēta zema līdzestība tika dota otrā aptaujas anketa Likerta skalā, kas sastāvēja no 8 apgalvojumiem, lai noskaidrotu faktorus kāpēc līdzestība medikamentu lietošanā ir zema. Pētījumā tika pierādīts, ka 63% respondentu ir zema līdzestība medikamentu lietošana un 44% no viņiem mēdz gadīties vienkārši aizmirst iedzert savas diabēta terapijas zāles. Hipotēze apstiprinās– Otrā tipa cukura diabēta pacientu līdzestība medikamentu lietošanā ir zema. Biežāk norādītais iemesls ir aizmiršana. The topic of Bachelor's work – Type two diabetes patients adherence in the usage in medication and the factors affecting them. Hypothesis: Type two diabetes patients adherence in the usage of medication is low. The most common reason named is forgetfulness. Objective of the work - Find out type two diabetes adherence in the use of medication and the factors affecting them. Study tasks:1. Explore scientific literature; 2. Create questions for questionnaire; 3. Carry out a questionnaire for patients; 4. Collect and analyse the obtained results; 5. Draw conclusions. Study method: Quantitative method. Study tool: Questionnaire. Low patient adherence in medication usage leads to poor clinical results, encourages diseases, unnecessarily increases the cost of treatment and increases the risk of death. It is easier to find out the reasons why the patient is not adherence in the use of medication to prevent these factors, than after treating long-term problems, because the cost of complications of the disease is very high and the consequences can be deadly. The study place- A, B, C and X family doctor's practices, where responded 100 patients with diagnose of type 2 diabetes. At the beginning patients were given a first questionnaire consisting of 6 questions to find out their adherence in the use of medication. Then, patients who were identified with low adherence were given a second questionnaire on the Likert scale consisting of 8. claims to clarify the factors why adherenceis low in the use of medicament. The study showed that 63% of respondents have low level of adherence and 44% of them simply tend to forget to drink their medication for diabetes. The hypothesis confirmed– Type two diabetes patients adherence in the usage in medication is low.The most common reason is forgetfulness.
