Ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas attīstība

Abstract

Bakalaura tēma ir “Ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas attīstība”. Pētījuma mērķis ir izzināt ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas attīstību operāciju māsu skatījumā. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūras avotus par ceļa endoprotezēšanas attīstību, analizēt P. Benneres māszinību teoriju, izstrādāt pētniecības darba instrumentu- intervijas jautājumus, veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu, apkopot un analīzēt iegūtos datus, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums - kā attīstījās ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšana operāciju māsu skatījumā? Pētniecības instruments – strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma ietvaros tika intervētas 5 operāciju māsas. Pētījuma rezultāti tika apkopoti un analizēti. Pētījuma būtiskākie secinājumi: Lielākā daļa no respondentiem darbu ceļa locītavu endoprotezēšanā uzsāka līdz ar šāda veida operāciju ienākšanu Latvijas medicīnā. Visiem respondentiem apgūt ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanu bija grūti un, kā galvenais iemsls, kas apgrūtināja apgūšanu, tiek minēts lielais instrumentu klāsts, operācijas gaitas nepārzināšana un tas, ka instrumenti ļoti atšķīrās no tiem ar ko respondenti strādāja ikdienā. Arī mācību materiālu trūkums būtiski apgrūtināja operācijas apgūšanu. Lielākā daļa respondentu ir strādājuši ar vairākām tehnoloģijām, tas liecina par to, ka viņiem ir lielāks ieskats ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas attīstībā. Lielākā daļa respondentu uzskata, ka būtisku izmaiņu izņemot navigācijas ieviešanu nesaskata. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorijas un pētījuma, 6 nodaļām, 7 apakšnodaļām, 42 lappusēm, 36 literatūras avotiem un 8 kontentanalīzes tabulām. The title of the Bachelor thesis is "Development of knee joint arthroplasty". The aim of the research is to investigate the development of knee joint in the view of scrub nurses. The tasks of research are to study and analyze literature on the development of knee joint arthroplasty, to analyze P. Benner's nursing theory, to develop research instrument - interview questions, to conduct a pilot study and research, to collect and analyze the obtained data, to draw conclusions and to make proposals. The question of the research – Find out how the knee joint arthroplasty developed in view of scrub nurses? The instrument of the research - structured interview. Within the framework of the research, 5 operation nurses were interviewed. The results of the research were summarized and analyzed. Main conclusions of the research: Most of the interviewed respondents started work on knee joint arthroplasty with the advent of such operations in Latvian medicine It was difficult for all respondents to learn about knee joint arthroplasty. The main problem that hindered learning was the large amount of instruments, the lack of knowledge of the operation and the fact that the tools were very different from those that respondents worked on everyday basis. The lack of study materials also significantly impeded the learning of the operation. Most respondents have worked with many technologies, which suggests that they have a better insight into the development of knee joint arthroplasty. Most respondents believe that there is no significant change in knee joint arthroplasty other than navigation usage during operation. The work consists of two parts - theory and research, 6 chapters, 7 sub-chapters, 42 pages, 36 literature sources and 8 content analysis tables. Key words: knee joint arthroplasty, history, progress.
