Izglītības iestādes maiņa pēc 6. klases Mārupes novada X skolā

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums: “Izglītības iestādes maiņa pēc 6. klases Mārupes novada “X” skolā”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt izglītības iestādes maiņu pēc 6. klases Mārupes novada X skolā, noskaidrot tās iemeslus un sniegt priekšlikumus skolēnu kustības samazināšanai. Maģistra darba teorētiskajā daļā iegūta un analizēta informācija par Mārupes novada demogrāfiskajiem un SES rādītājiem, izglītības kvalitātes indikatoriem un to saistību ar izglītības iestādes maiņas faktoriem. Darba praktiskajā daļā iegūti un analizēti skolotāju, skolēnu, vecāku aptauju un skolas vadības intervijā iegūtie dati par skolēnu mācību sasniegumu, skolas mikroklimata, pedagoģiskā personāla pieredzes, disciplinārā klimata klasē, skolas atrašanās vietas un prestiža ietekmi uz izglītības iestādes maiņu “X” skolā. Pētījumā iegūtie dati liecina, ka disciplinārais klimats un mentordarbība ietekmē skolēnu kustību “X” skolā. Darba noslēgumā izvirzīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi skolēnu kustības samazināšanai izglītības iestādē kā arī ievirze tālākai problēmas izpētei.

The title of the Master's thesis: "School change after graduating class 6th in “X” school at Marupe district” . The aim of the work is to study school change after graduating class 6th in “X” school at Marupe district, find out the reasons for it and make proposals for reducing student movement. The theoretical part of the master's thesis contains information about the demographic and SES indicators of Marupe district, indicators of education quality and their relation to the factors of school change. In the practical part of the work there were data from student’s, teacher’s and parent’s survey obtained and analyzed about the impact of student learning achievements, school climate, pedagogical staff experience, classroom discipline, school location and prestige on the change of educational institution at the "X" school. The data from the study showed that disciplinary climate and mentoring influences student movement in "X" school. At the end of the work conclusions and proposals were made to reduce student movement in the educational institution as well as the direction for further study of the problem.
