Abstract

Elīnas Freibergas maģistra darbam „1. – 3. klašu skolēnu sociālo kompetenču veidošanās.” Maģistra darba mērķis – izpētīt 1. – 3. klašu skolēnu sociālo kompetenču veidošanos un tās veicināšanas iespējas. Teorētiskajā daļā aprakstīts kompetenču jēdziens, analizējot sociālās kompetences un to specifiku sākumskolā. Pētījums veikts Rīgas X vidusskolā par 1. – 3. klašu skolēnu sociālo kompetenču veidošanos, kurā tika izmantotas tādas pētījuma metodes kā anketēšana, novērošana, fokusgrupas intervēšana un ekspertatzinuma metode. Tajā piedalījās Rīgas X vidusskolas 1. – 3. klašu skolēni, viņu vecāki, sākumskolas pedagogi un skolas administrācija. Pētījumā secināts, ka sociālās kompetences skolēniem ir jāpilnveido, pievēršot lielāku vērību pašregulācijai un konfliktu risināšanas prasmēm. For master`s thesis by Elina Freiberga „Development of Social Competencies for 1st – 3rd Grade Students.” The aim of the master thesis is to research formation of social competencies of pupils of the 1st – 3rd grade and the possibilities for its promotion. The concept of competencies is described in the theoretical part by analyzing social competencies and their manifestations in primary school. The research on development of social competencies for 1st – 3rd grade students was done in Riga`s Secondary School. The methods used during the research were: questionnaire, observation, focus group interview and expert opinion method. The respondents of the research were 1st – 3rd grade students, their parents, primary school pedagogues and the school administration at Riga`s Secondary School The research finds that the social competencies of pupils need to be improved paying more attention to self-regulation and conflict solving skills.
